It's not just the store it's the company it is a scam on internet usage had my family for holidays said we didn't use hardly any internet everyone was streaming every day for 2 months now all of a sudden I'm getting hit with excessive internet use when no one is home and we're always working 40 hours a week unplugged all smart TVs and devices while at work and they still say we keep using excessive internet I checked and no one's even on it this company is a scam!!!???

They are back to the old Comcast type of service which is horrible. The last several years i have praised Xfinity, but no more. Our community signed a contract with Xfinity and my cable is so bad/pixelated that i cant watch it. Went to the store and their solution was to pay them $100 to come out. I told them I’m already paying for a service that you’re not delivering and with a pretty smile i heard, I’m sorry. DON’T LET XFINITY UPSET YOU. DON’T DEAL WITH THEM.

Your hours are until 7pm. After working all day I check in and wait. It is 5:45pm. Amazingly almost the entire staff clocks out at 6pm while there are 4 people that have been waiting. Get a manager who knows how to schedule.

Tried to upgrade phone and they say they can’t for it for me in store bc of something wrong was entered with my business account when I set it up. So now they tell me I can’t get a new phone in store, and have to basically figure it out myself for an employee incorrectly putting my info in. Terrible customer service!!!
