20+ year customer here. It wasn't always this bad but all I see now is too many over payed desk people twiddling their thumbs and not enough tellers to take care of the walk-ins. Wait times are too great and I just ended up walking out today due to waiting. Lousy way to treat deposit customers.

I've been a long time Wells Fargo customer in multiple locations. I've had tremendous success with the team at this Wells Fargo branch. In particular Felix was amazing. He solved a very tricky problem for me that no other branch could figure out. And he did it with a tremendously pleasant attitude. I appreciate anyone that has to wear a mask all day long and keep up a positive attitude.

Felix Becker is the best banker I have ever met. Professional courteous service with excellent followup ! Always on top of all of our banking needs ! Great guy as well. All the staff is friendly and courteous.

So I recently moved to Florida and required a witness for a guaranteed signature. Which as near as I can tell is simply looking at your drivers license and watching you sign the documents. I told them I was more than willing to become a customer. So the person said sorry you have to be a customer for 60 days before we provide that service. I don't think I'll ever be a customer at Wells Fargo now. My understanding is they didn't have any problem signing people up for anything else

I have a checking account here for a charity I founded. Only need to visit the banking center once or twice per year but when I do am always greeted happily and receive excellent customer service.

Not sure what happened with some of those unhappy reviews because I've had nothing but positive experiences. The staff were friendly, courteous, very professional and efficient. Maybe they had some staff changes, but so far, I give them 5 Stars.
