No one answers the phone and your automated voicemail says open till 8 and your website says 8 and I get out of grid lock traffic to stop and come up to the door at 6:01 to a sign that says closed at 6 to be rudely told you are closed while your helping other customers. Update your hours and answer your phones. Thank you for wasting my time today.

Very Unprofessional. Doors supposed to be open at 9:30 Monday thru Friday. The door says 9:30. And so does Google.

Fraudulent charge on my account from this store using my wife’s “card”. Strange that we are all the way in Texas and the car was used in Florida. Management didn’t seem too worried about it. Perhaps in on the scam. Keep an eye on your accounts.

Another angry, self entitled feminist girl working at another store projecting her resentful ideas onto men. Referring to young girl working today. Do not go to the store. Go to another brand if you want to deal with people who are civil, grounded and aren't passive aggressive when you've done nothing wrong

Bring a credit card or have Change. They don’t seem to keep any cash in the drawer and refused my sale because she didn’t want to give me the change she had in the drawer. As she said “you’d take all my change”. Im a customer trying to buy something. She had the change and still refused me. So now with the little time I made to get the products I need, I’ll need to leave spend a half hour getting change, inconveniencing my life, so I didn’t inconvenience her. I even offered to buy another product to bump up the total, so she could give me less change. Still refused. Not wasting my time, not money here anymore. KEEP MONEY IN YOUR REGISTER THATS WHAT ITS FOR. Didn’t even want to give me the change she had in the safe either! All I needed was 50$ back. Bumping up to another product, she would have had to give me less…please fix this issue as people don’t have a lot of time in the day to run around cause your business can’t accept us currency

The manager, Natalia, was very gracious in doing a return for me even though I didn’t have a paper receipt (my CC statement confirmed I purchased the product in question from this store and confirmed the price), I will be sure to return for any future health product needs!
