Staff lied to me about it being past 4pm deadline to transfer date to new iPhone I purchased. Said it would happen automatically the next morning. Went to another Verizon store and they said Coconut Point lies about that all the time to get people out of the store.

Employee wasn't friendly, never smiled, seemed bothered to be there. He could have helped with a simple solution, instead recommended me going to fix it place for factory reset although I had proof it was mine tablet with receipt from this store and showed my driver's license

Purchased a new phone and was additionally charged for Internet, even though I never ordered it and don't have it. As usual, got bounced around from department to department and by the 4th person (who, btw, could offer zero assistance and some who could not find my 20 YEAR OLD ACCOUNT in their system), I hung up. Will have to be inconvenienced once again by this poorly run company by having to drive to their brick and mortar and wait in line there!!

We bought two new Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra phones on December 2, 2023, at the Verizon store located at 23200 Via Villagio in Estero, Florida. We had the pleasure of working with Caitlin McMahon, the Assistant Manager. She was AWESOME! And she went above and beyond to ensure we received our discounts. She was knowledgeable and experienced. Plus, she even gave us tips on our new phone.
Did you know that Verizon will help you transfer your data to your new phone? That is right! And Caitlin did that for us too! But do you want to save time? Do you have a TON of pictures and videos like we do? If so, I would download them to your computer or USB drive to reduce the transfer time.
And last but not least, we bought screen protectors for our phones. And you guessed it! Yes, Caitlin helped us sign up for the warranty. In addition, she signed us up for unlimited data and told us about discounts. We got our bill down to an affordable price.
I highly recommend Verizon. And for GREAT service, see Caitlin!

Had the best experience EVER at this location with Niah! She wasn’t pushy, she understood that I just simply wanted to switch to Verizon service and she was amazing!! She helped us and told me what I needed to do so she could help me and she was flawless! It was simple and she was the best! She laughed and joked with us while we were waiting. Overall best experience I’ve EVER had at a phone store. 10/10 fully recommend everyone else was also super friendly and welcoming!!

Awful service and rude. Tall guy I think his name was Anatoli. He was extremely rude to me and my wife. His English was spotty. Didn't help me at all just wanted to talk badly about other stores and people he worked with. Had to go to another location down the street to get help. I will never go to that store again. Should probably drug test the people that work for you, very paranoid.

This review is for the Chris, who took all the frustration out of the process! I ordered a Samsung Fold 5 online with Verizon online. It was nothing but issues from the start. The online rep kept sending links that wouldn't work, it took 2 full days to actually get a link from Verizon that worked so I could pay for the phone to be shipped.The rep for Asurion was at the house all of 5 minutes for set up and left. I could not stand the phone. Overcomplicated, and a nightmare to use. I had to go to a "Corporate" store for the return. Chris was extremely professional. He was very detailed and quick in his explanations, not trying to sell me anything. A short, to the point experience that made it much more enjoyable.He set the phone up in 15 minutes with all my emails and apps, and made the process by far the easiest I have been through, whether that be online or in store. Superior customer service. Quick and painless! Thank you for all your help Chris. I will be coming back to your location, for you specifically for my needs in the future.

Went into Verizon store today because our phone jack wouldn’t go into the iPhone port. Anatoly saw something in it (bug) and took it out saving us paying someone to fix it. He also helped us look at our cell phone plans to compare with others.

Ordered a few phones through telesales and did an in store pickup. Telesales agent sold me the wrong storage size phone but getting it fixed in store was not an issue. Porting my phone numbers over was such a hassle but the Store Manager Caitlin was super patient and made it all possible! She was very attentive. Despite being super busy she still greeted and checked in every customer that walked in all while still assisting me. Great customer service!

Stay away from the Verizon store at Coconut Point. They are not helpful and very uncaring. We have been treated poorly there two times now. We will never go back. We left and went and bought a phone at the kiosk in Costco. Kelly, the salesperson, could not have been nicer. He found the best deal for a new phone and even gave my husband $350 for his phone which the coconut point store said was worthless. Take your business to Costco .
