My lady went in for help because we had an issue, but the guy was too busy hitting on her and asking where I was. He had no interest in helping her and did not assist in any way. he was just trying to get a date, and she explained she had a man and he continued. A darker guy who was not wearing a name tag for some reason. What a piece of trash.

The man working on 6/30/23 was incredibly rude to and other customers in the store. He was absolutely no help to any one, just wasted everyone’s time. Been a customer of Verizon since 2008 and have never experienced this much incompetence.

I walked into this store to get a new phone and start a business account with Verizon. The store manager was the main one to help me along with other associates. The store manager claimed that he specialized in business accounts. I explained how I needed a new phone and also wanted to merge an existing line to this new account. A few moments later he introduced the idea of this "new promotion" Verizon had going on, specifically for new business accounts where they were giving away a FREE I-Pad, a FREE Apple watch, a FREE screen protector, a Free phone case, and a FREE car charger. At first, I was very hesitant to give in to this promotion because I was not in the market for these products. At the time I owned a 2tb iPad pro, and an Apple watch that was gifted to me for my birthday which I never wore because I don't really like to wear Jewelry, but they kept on insisting that it was all free because of this new business account and that I would not have any monthly payments, so I ended up taking everything except for the screen protector. Almost a month later I called 611 because I was having technical difficulties with my Iphone signal and the representative said something about me having 4 lines on my plan. I was a bit surprised because I had not yet opened the iPad, nor the apple watch so I asked about my bill and if I was paying for them, to which she said yes you are. And this is how it all started... Case # 8001548529, if anyone from corporate is watching please look into this. The representative apologized and said they were going to send me a box to return the devices. Later on, I called, and they said these boxes were sent to a previous place I used to live in New Jersey. I don't live in NJ. I live in Florida, the representative apologized and corrected the address that the Verizon store should have and said they would send a new box to my home address. The box never showed up, so I called back, and they gave me an appointment at the nearest Verizon store saying I could drop off these devices there. When I went to this Verizon store, they said that since I did not make the purchase there and it had been more than 30 days, they were not able to receive them. I called back 611 quite a few more times and asked to speak to a manager, they were always unable to connect me to one and said they would schedule a call with one which never happened. One time I spoke with one rep who said she understood what was going on and was going to report this store because they had quite a few cases that were similar to mine. She said that at this point there was nothing in her power she could do to take care of me as far as taking the devices back and off my account, but what she could do is give me a 40% off my bill, which at the end would basically still charge me for the 2 devices and still be a few dollars cheaper than just paying for my 2 cell phones if I did not have them. So, I agreed, finally, something is happening here. Next billing cycle came around and I was charged full price for everything, once again I called and got a different answer. Now this man apologized for "being misled by the last representative, there is no 40% discount he could offer, all he could offer was to fully remove the devices from my account. If I add up all the hours I was on the phone with different representatives, it will add up to a full day or even more, time that I do not have. About a month later, today, July 1st, I woke up and checked my bank account and noticed a $986.25 charge from Verizon. So, I called 611 for the 100th time and they told me that I was charged that amount because I suspended my Apple watch line as well as my iPad one. + A message to Verizon I know it is cheaper to outsource your business to India and the Philippines, but for us Americans it is a pain in the behind to be able to sort out our concerns by dealing with people you actually do not give enough resources to be able to do so. + A message to the store Manager, you are the worst part of Verizon.

Anatoly was fantastic. He is an extremely valuable person to have around. He has an unusually broad grasp of everything in the store, from the smallest details to the largest. His support in switching from the transfer of info from one phone to a new phone proved invaluable. There were several technical obstacles that we needed to overcome, and he had a solution for every system glitch. If there were more like him, there would be fewer problems. It’s unusual to have such a knowledgeable person, and he should be commended.Thank you

I have mixed feelings about my experience at this Verizon Store. Anatoly was great in transferring data from my old phone to my new Samsung S23. He answered my questions.He began to put the protective shield on my phone.Before he put the protective shield on the phone, he sprayed a cleaner on the phone. Then he placed the shield on the phone. The cleaner wasn’t absorbed entirely before the shield was placed on the phone because there are smudges and spots on my new phone. He said these smudges would disappear with time but that hasn’t happened. A new phone shouldn’t have smudges and spots which can’t be erased because they are under the protective shield. I’m not happy about this situation.

I went in and was immediately greeted by Anatoly with a friendly hello and warm smile. He is very knowledgeable and was amazing to work with and the transfer to my new Galaxy 23+ was flawless. I would rate him a 10 out of 10.
