I have been to this location many times but not any more. If I could give it a ZERO, I would. Terrible service. Not friendly to customers. Meanwhile, they have side, profanity laced conversations about their personal lives with each other and random people who stop by. By the time you leave you know all of their personal business. Many workers behind the counter but not helping people in line. This store is closer to me than others, but I will drive out of the way to another UPS Store to send my Amazon returns back.

This store was very pleasant to deal with. I was able to mail my envelope Certified and return an item to Amazon without any issues.

If you use this UPS store expect to wait in a line that goes out the door. I waited in line for 20 minutes and ended up leaving because I still had at least 7 customers ahead of me waiting. I saw 4 different workers while I was waiting but only one was helping customers. Maybe find a better system so you don’t have people lined up out the door. After reading other reviews clearly this UPS is NOT RECOMMENDED as everyone else seemed to have a horrible experience too.

If I could give ZERO stars 100% would. 4 employees. Zeros greetings. Zero personality. Go to 1 who can only do returns. She says go to someone else she can't do all types of returns. 10 min wait for the next lady to charge a $3 fee for a Amazon return. When Amazon advertises only a box needed. Next ups store had no issue accepting the return, at no cost.

The rudest staff ! Told me they couldn’t take an Amazon return when I was instructed by Amazon to take the return there ! Had to go to another UPS store which was more than happy to take it ! Don’t go to this one !

Rudest employees for the last 6 months … o have been experiencing nothing but attitude when I walk in and tension with the employees they must really hate their job not to mention lazy

If no stars were an option, that’s what I would have given this store.HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service. The people who work in this store need to be fired. I’m surprised UPS would allow such disrespectful customer service.Avoid this store at ALL cost!!

Laziest bunch of people! This is the second item I have dropped off to be shipped and they called me back a week later to say they can’t ship it. If you need a UPS store, try the one at pelican Landing in Bonita. This one needs to get shut down.

Every time I go into this ups the staff are talking amongst themselves or on their phones while we customers wait. I am sure Amazon returns bog them down but ups is contracted to them to handle this. I recently returned a small rug. The instructions were to just roll it up and tape it together. They insisted that I wrap it in plastic. No problem until I found out that would cost $31 ! I went to Publix and got some press and seal. I was asked to leave the store because preparing a package isn’t allowed. I took my stuff outside in 90 degree heat. Then a small miracle happened. A guy in a truck saw what I was doing. He jumped out of his truck with a roll of shrink wrap! Took the package into the store and returned the rug. I avoid this store. Horrible customer service.

When I was looking for a UPS Store near me, I saw this location had 1 star, but I thought that it was certainly a mistake, because the location that I typically go to is nothing but phenomenal. Since I only needed to drop off packages, I figured I would use this location anyway, because I figured how bad could it possibly be.Well, their customer service is horrible! The older of the two ladies behind the counter seemed extremely bothered to have to help people. I will never go back to this location again, and these reviews do not lie.

Charge for taping a box? $5.25 to print a paid for UPS label? Must be trying to come up with money to pay the new Teamsters contracts.Terrible attitudes here as well.

I rarely rate one star but I concur with the other poor reviews. This is the worst UPS store. It was not just this visit that justified my rating but this visit motivated me to finally write a review. The store used to have a cart just inside the door to place prepaid pre-addressed packages without having to wait in line. Now you have to wait in line to drop off a package that requireds no assistance. No explanation when I asked but just a “no get in line” response. It is so much easier just dropping off my prepaid packages at CVS. No attitude.

Staff refused to notarize a package because my middle initial wasn’t on my drivers license. First time ever having an issue getting something notarized. On top of that staff didn’t care. Lack compassion. I looked up the rules on the National notary association and it clearly says you can not deny for nuances like that. They clearly do not know the rules but again the most important part is that they do not care. I will not visit this location again. Tomorrow I will call corporate and report this issue. The customer service here needs to change. I read these other comments and is disappointing.
