They could care less about customers at this store. They want the customer to do all the work. It's pretty much a self check out lane so best of luck! Go to a different UPS store if you actually want service

Vicky needs to be fired. Absolutely so rude!! How does she still have a job? Don’t be rude to customers and don’t be miserable at a job. It seems as though many people have the same experience.

Vicky needs to work on her customer service skills. She is very rude, not helpful in the slightest I witnessed her be rude to a customer in front of me and she was extremely rude to me. I was returning some Amazon purchases and I had a shoebox with me because I had a question on which was the best way to package it. I was not sending the shoebox out. She was extremely snarky and was assuming I wanted her to package my package for me. She told the customer in front of me they don’t pay me enough to package your stuff.
When I chose to ship my item regular mail instead of UPS she huff and puffed I didn’t get it thank you. Have a nice day nothing. Do better UPS
It’s supposed to be a friendly quick, simple encounter Was nowhere near that.

I’m shocked at the bad reviews. Anytime I come to this ups store they are so helpful. I choose this store over the FedEx Estero. I think they have new management and they are the disturbing place. This ups store is the best and I will choose to come here over FedEx. 5 stars here.

Don't waste your time if you need anything notary. Needed a simple for notarized and Vicky got all confused. She said it just needs witnessed Signiture. I asked her to please samp and notarize my Signiture and she was still confused. I went to another office and they did it.

The women who work here are very rude to customers. This poor elderly woman was confused and instead of an explanation they just continued to say the same thing in a stern tone.

Now I understand why this UPS Store location has such a 1-star rating. They want $2.69 to tape up abox that is already boxed. Not to mention, very rude employees.
I have never been to another UPS Store that charged for a piece of packing tape.
Last time I will ever visit this location.

Poor customer service, lazy, and ridiculous staff, no one to help the customer who’s coming into pay. I don’t understand how a UPS store can be so poorly run.

I would give zero stars if I could just because I tried to call for about 45 minutes only to never get anyone to pick up when all I needed to do was ask if they had a notary available to do notary services.
Only to find out after my 45 minute drive that notary services were not available for the entire day. And this is after coming from two other UPS Who both told me that they didn't have a notary available today and the other one said they were sick.
Real reliable seeing as regions Bank recommends you guys for notary services since they can't do it anymore.
