My sisters, my mom and I just got our hair done this past Saturday with Jamie as our hair stylist. She is amazing! She is able to blend in my mom's gray hair with hilights and lowlights so it isn't a stark contrast. My mom is a brunette and of course the gray hairstyle stand out! My youngest sister was very wary of getting color in her hair, but she absolutely lived the red peekaboo Jamie did. Best part is that Jamie didn't have to use any bleaching on my sister's hair to get it that red! My other sister and I went full fashion colors. I think Jamie did an amazing jobbas always. We have been going to her for several years now. Stephanie and I were excited to try our the neon colors that glow under black lights. Stephanie's roots glow much better than mine did but we were having a hard time trying to get a good picture. I would definitely recommend Jamie if you want to go crazy and do fashion colors or even the simple regular colors. She is very knowledgeable and has many years of experience. Also, she is hilarious to talk too. There is rarely a dull moment with her!!

The WORST Ulta I’ve ever been to with the rudest employees. At the register, I had the utmost displeasure of speaking with the most nasty employee Jennifer. I have never in my life come across a more disgusting and disgraceful attitude. She has NO business working with customers. I have 17000 points and a massive amount of stock in this company so it’s a shame that I can’t even shop at the ulta near my house. Maybe Sephora would be a better option with kinder employees..just around the corner.

Got my hair cut and styled over the weekend and I’m very unhappy with the results. I went in for micro bangs and short layers all around my head. I showed her inspo pictures and everything and she seemed pretty confident. The stylist was very kind and treated me well, that definitely isn’t the problem. It’s when I washed my hair and saw what it looked like straight/ natural, the front layers are not even AT ALL. she got the bangs decent looking but these choppy layers in the front, I’m not sure what to think. I’m absolutely too embarrassed to leave it straight so I have to crimp it to disguise the uneven cut. I’m almost starting to It looks like I cut my hair by mistake. There’s also NO layers added around the back of my head. I’m just pretty upset because I tipped her really well. Unfortunately, I will not be going back.
