“Seems all second hand stores in Naples area have increased their pricing to retail or above. This store is great they price most items low and keep them moving out the door so new items can come in. I haven’t had issues with waiting in long lines but it happens everywhere. Overall I think it is a great store.”

“Just donated a sectional and we are so impressed with the efficiency of the whole process. 2 days after my phone call it was picked up by the nicest hard working guys, one of which was "Fraley". Both were very personable and obviously love what they do. Do not hesitate to utilize the services of St. Matthews.”

“While I never shopped here. My husband and I got into a car accident in front of this store. It was pouring rain and the employees provided us with towels and a place to freshen up while we waited for the police. The contents of the store looked great but I think the people there make it. Support them ❤️”

“The items in the store are incredibly organized and CLEAN, the book section is like a library, sorted by type and author. Book prices and many items are very reasonable, but some items are way overpriced. I realize they are raising money for an excellent cause and need to pay expenses, but some prices were the same as if you bought them brand new. If you are bringing items to donate, you should call ahead because they are overstocked on several types of items and won't take more. The volunteer was very nice and I loved that she told me what they didn't take instead of just throwing stuff in the trash.”

“So happy I found First Thrift! The over all experience and quality finds will keep me coming back to First Thrift over any store in the area. The employees are very friendly and the store is always clean. Would recommended everyone to shop there!”

“Beautiful things, fair prices.Be aware there is a 3% charge for credit cards - the sign disclosing it at the register is hidden behind some accessories on the counter and is difficult to read, given the coloring and text. The store also won't accept cash for purchases over $500, leaving you no choice but to pay with a card and incur an extra charge.I understand the need for small business to charge a credit card fee, but then they should also offer the ability to pay cash and avoid the fee.Just something to be aware of if you choose to shop here.”

“From 2022... What a find! Freshly spray painted and reupholstered gives a whole new life to this thrifted dinette that was priced at 50% off! All 3 Hope Chest thrift stores are a gold mine with the nicest volunteer staff!”

“This is a great thrift store with upscale offerings. I have bought some really nice European men's shirts, good linens, a Calphalon saucepan, books and other items. I missed out on a really nice set of patio furniture, but I hesitated and it was gone the next day. The volunteers are all very helpful and friendly, the store is very clean and the prices are fair. They have an entire room dedicated to holiday decorations. They also have a great selection of furniture,, dishes, clothing and household items.”

“Have a great time when friends and I go thrifting here. Ask about loyalty points (they did not offer to me my first 5 - yup Five visits), they do not offer it to everyone which seems unfair and inconsistent.”

“My husband and I have been shopping at St. Matthew’s Thrift Stores for 3 years. And we love it! I discovered St. Mathew’s in March 2020. I was trying to donate my living room set. If I had known about St. Matthew’s beforehand, I would not have bought my new furniture. We were on our way to Goodwill in Naples when we drove by St. Matthew’s. And, I said this is the place that takes donations. So, we stopped in. Can I tell you that it is the size of a car dealership! In fact, it was a car dealership! They offer everything from high-end furniture, to name brand clothing, house ware, artwork and so much more. The prices are reasonable, and they are always having a sale. The staff delivers excellent customer service. Diana, the Manager at Metro Parkway store, is AMAZING and so is her staff. Each customer feels important and receives the same respect and attention as the next person.Do not worry if you find that perfect gift and you cannot fit it in your car. Because they have a delivery service for you. Did you know they have an online store? Yes, they do! In fact, my friends have used it and were happy with their purchases. And I encourage you to sign up for their rewards program. It is FREE!We visit St. Matthew’s regularly and highly recommend it to all of our friends and neighbors! But do not take my word, go see it for yourself!”

“Very small thrift store with a not very large selection. Some clothing, some housewares. It's a bit organized. I do want to point out that the folks working here were friendly enough and apologetic that they did not have what I was looking to purchase.”

“St. John's Shop is one of my favorite thrift stores. Quality items are to be found here. Furniture, home decor and a great selection of clothing. Lovely staff members. Please put this on your list of great thrift shops.”

“I was invited to a slightly fancy party and realized that my clothing options on this trip to Florida did not include anything even slightly dressy. With the warmer weather, it's been shorts and tshirts that usually have some sort of cheeky or risque message. Hardly appropriate party wear.As we drove by, I spotted the "thrift shop open" sign and decided to pop in. Wow, there's a lot here! Mostly organized by style and size, I found one or two options in my size, finally settling on one.The price marked was discounted 50% so this $12 button down shirt was only $6 at the register. That's pretty darned awesome for a shirt I'll probably only wear once or twice. Thanks, Penny Wise!”

“This Habitat Restore is 1 of 4 stores in the Lee County area that has some of the nicest used furniture I have come across. Also have appliances, lighting, bedding, and accessories.”

“This is a pretty good sized store, there is a good variety of HomeGoods but as for clothing it's lacking if you are not a junior size or a small size .. guess most who donate here are teeny weenie size ladies for most items are small and short length size, or petites.. being a 5'8 170 pound gal I must be in the minority.. Also I donate much because I believe in giving back to the community.. sadly the prices on things to wear are pretty expensive considering there donated ...That's a shame and Im thinking that my donations should be to churches who aren't out to hit you hard in the purse strings.. the store is clean and those working seem nice upfront , it can be a hit or miss to find items at an affordable price and in my size but it's still worth checking out.”

“The staff was present and helping on a Saturday. That's awesome. They were very nice. Had an excellent arrangement of furniture, clothes, and all sorts of goodies. Definitely going back.”

“Large selection from clothing, furniture, and housewares! The furniture is a little bit of an older style so it didn't fit what I was looking for, but there was such a large selection to look through. Store was kept tidy and the staff was very friendly. If you're in the area, definitely pop by!”

“Second visit here and I'd like to change my rating. I found a very cool Oriental gold lion lamp (they gave me half off at the register!) and met some very nice, funny people- Anthony, Jackie, and a lady with dark hair and lovely blue eyes who directed me to the restroom- who kindly donate their time for a wonderful cause. I was quick to rush to judgment in my last review and am glad I gave St. Vincent's another chance!”

“I loved this place while temporarily living in the area and will miss it. There's always something new as well as good deals, like dollar racks and the occasional half-price sale on a selection of items. The people running the place are super nice and make you feel at home.”
