This is just a copy of Tommy,but I also mean it like he did!: banking with Suntrust (now Truist) for years now and this is the closest branch for me. The staff was always helpful & friendly (especially Ute,Stefania and Geraldine of Premier)and there is nothing I can complain about. Thank you!

Tue Feb 16th didn’t open at 9am without any information.Few people waited outside and no other cars were around.Bad customer service and overall bad experienceI will be changing the bank soon
