I can not rave enough about the experience my friend and I had here today. Everyone on the store today was incredibly helpful and had massive amount of patience as I tried on damn near every bra trying to find the perfect ones. And I did! Soma customer for life. The ladies worked in complete unison helping eachother and the rush of women while we were there. Thank you thank you thank you.

I went in with my friends who shop there and I never really purchase anything . I met Kayla ( a sweet black girl . In case I spelt it wrong ) she measured me and shared the unique features of all the bras !!! I fell in love and left my old bra in the trash and walked out with a Soma bra!!!! I love it . Made by women for women . She made me fall in love. She is the best . .. you’re not the problem the bra is.

I was shopping all day for clothes to fit me after losing weight and showed up 30 minutes before closing. The staff were so kind and helped me find bras that truly fit me. So happy with my experience. Thank you Imperria, I had a lovely experience.

I hate to buy underwear, but loved my experience at this store! Camilla had me laughing so hard and enjoying the process. She found things for me as well as recommended others, I highly endorse this place, especially when they have their sales!

Very pushy sales ladies, wouldn’t even let me try a different size or style, and insisted I buy three of the ill-fitted bras. I lost my birthday reward because I have to return the bra I bought. Will not shop at Soma anymore.

This store hates black customers! They served everyone, even a customer who came in after me and didn’t even acknowledge me!! I’m highly disappointed with the experience. Stay away!

It had been years since I bought a non-sports bra, and I didn't know my size anymore. The women working, spent so much time to help find the perfect bra and size for me. I ended up buying 3, and will definitely be back for more. I never expected to be given such personal help from the staff and it was definitely appreciated!!!

I like Soma clothing, this review is about the staff & store. This is a regular retail store, not an outlet. They have a wall in the back of 50% marked down merchandise. Quanerra, THE rocket scientist cashier, could not figure what 50% off would be if it didn't come up on the computer. Even w/ the calculator on the desk. Basic math fail. She is cold, unfriendly and incapable of saying hi or bye. The manager had to come fix her mistakes. Go to a different store, this one is a disaster.
