Very disappointed. I stopped by on my way to Naples from the airport. I have loved my Soma bras and panties. Darlya helped me and told me that an 8-10 is a size large. $60 spent. Took the tags off 2 pairs only to find out they were very big on me. I looked online on the sizing guide and an 8-10 is a size medium. Called the shop on Monday, March 4th at 1:56pm and the woman not only didn’t apologize but was very rude and said “we don’t accept returns on items without tags”. In fact when I explained the situation she repeated the same line several timesI will think twice before buying from Soma again but most definitely not from that location. Those employees need to go.

Have not been in the store in quite sometime as I usually order on line, since so many changes with panties and reviews wanted to check things out before ordering. Customer Service not like it use to be. The sales girl was not the friendly type right away she turned me off., would not let me pick my own colors to try on was hanging over me and said why type as soon as I came in and wanted to get them herself. I will continue to order on line and return if need be but the store is not the same.

I didn’t even want to give you a one! I have been a long time customer and have gotten my night gowns, bras and panties there for years. Your service has really gone downhill. I don’t know where the break is but this is what happened.I ordered 4 bras on sale. Received them - right size 38c, right colors but wrong style. I took them back. Reordered. This time, right color, right style but the sent a 32B!!! As plain as day on the front of the plastic wrap.Called the store at Coconut Point and told them and she said well just bring it back and we will reorder. I told her this is the third time I will be back to get the right bra!! Well you can take it back to any Soma….. The price of gas having to come back to get the bras I wear is a bit ridiculous. Where ever your problem is - you may want to fix it. I’m done. I will bring back and try again to get right size now only because it was a great sale and I had birthday coupon.I appreciate the drive back and forth with the price of gas. It more than made up the sale price of the bra!!Michelle Lozen

Three stars for my first experience a few months ago. The lady to helped me was very helpful & kind. When they have a sale it's a good one (a lot better than Victoria Secret). The down side is I was told the bras I bought would be slip resistant when I would wear them strapless- that was wrong. I'm glad I didn't spend the regular price for them.Edit: I never said I was going to visit. I was told false information about the bras I got are anti slip resistant

Not one associate offered to help us when we came into the store. Instead they all remained chatting at the register with each other. When I finally asked to be sized the associate made me feel very insecure and unwelcomed with being a larger women. It was a very embarrassing moment for a company who claims “inclusivity” I won’t be returning and will be finding somewhere else that supports women of all shapes and sizes. Shopping for bras isn’t always easy at my size, and this was a very discouraging experience.

Was expecting some personalized service but must say if you shop at this location, make sure you know what you want. Although they have what seems like a great selection, the staff is not helpful at all. The young woman who measured me brought me 3 sizes too small, then tried something else then I did not see her again. Very disappointed in service. Cashier was super nice.

Staff horrible, store manager is a joke. I overheard some conversations about customers in the store between the short blonde manager and her associates and it was demeaning and disgusting. Never have I shopped somewhere where I felt so unwelcome.
