I love this Publix and have been shopping there for over 10 years. Recently I have experienced a rude and overbearing employee at the customer service counter. . Her name is Wendy. She is loud and a fast talker and insists on getting the last word in. She keyed in the wrong thing I requested of her and then insisted I told her the wrong thing. Maybe if she was not engaged talking silliness to a coworker and paying attention to the customer this would not have happen. I have seen her do this with other customers as well. I get it that it is a busy time of year and it is a bit overwhelming but I have never experienced this with any other employee at this store. Quite the opposite. This is a bad look for a great store.

My husband went to an urgent care center early this morning and they called in a prescription. Since it is Sunday, the pharmacy didn't open until 11 AM. I arrived at about 11:15 and found it was very busy. The pharmacy staff made a great effort to find the phoned in prescription order and fill it while I waited. The pharmacist was also able to recommend an over the counter preparation to help with his pain. They really went above and beyond. Thanks to the Pharmacy staff!

I go here specifically for the FRESH produce, bakery and deli. As with all other Publix, they are significantly overpriced on everything else. I round out my shopping with Costco

I like Publix and have been a loyal customer for almost 50 years. Their stores are clean and well laid out. They carry Boars Head meat and cheese. Their associates are friendly. Service is good. My only complaint? Their prices are high.

I used to love Publix Pharmacy when I was shopping at a different location. Now that I moved and started using this one, I have found that the staff here is extremely unprofessional and very rude. After the phone call I just took, I have decided to transfer all my families medications to CVS across the street. I hated the insolent tone of her voice. I overlooked the discourteous behavior previously because I understand everyone has a bad day, but this kind of treatment is every single time we go in or call. There is no reason for it.

The Grande Oaks Publix Pharmacy is the absolute worst pharmacy that I have ever dealt with. Absolutely rude, inconsiderate, unprofessional, and definitely not worthy of dealing with the public much less their own customers. Use any of the other locations. Or competitors for that matter.

Like always went there to get my Lunch, the server girl at deli started with attitude, tried be nice and not ruined my day buy someone’s challenged personality. But then when I asked her to wrap my food she git more rude saying why I didn’t tell her to wrap it at first place … left the food and walked out after confronting manager

I went to the CVS pharmacy this morning to get my wife's medication, unfortunately they didn't have it in stock and suggested I go to the Publix a cross the street. When I asked about transferring her prescription, CVS said "no problem just have Publix call us and we will send it right over. So I ran over to the Publix Pharmacy. When I asked the Publix Pharmacist how long it would take, the response was 24-48 hours. Really! 24-48 hours to call across the street, unbelievable. Will someone from Publix please respond to this review and explain to me why it takes two days to make a phone call! Unbelievable

The deli department has been very grumpy the last few weekends. Maybe they need more help but it's not nice hearing the young man in the back talk as if everyone shopping at Publix is privileged and has "never worked a day in their lives." Hopefully everyone is doing okay but it doesn't seem like a nice place to be.

Went to the pharmacy to pick up my prescription this afternoon. The blonde lady at the pharmacy is always the one who I have to work with and she is always extremely rude to me. Today in particular was the worst of all. I walked up and told her I was there to pick up my prescription. Throughout the entire transaction she didn't say a single word to me. I love publix and the pharmacy but she should not be working there. Terrible customer service. Thankful to have been helped by Dillon in the end who was extremely friendly and helpful!

Thank you to the Managers at Publix at the Shoppes of Grande Oaks in Estero, Florida for providing reusable bags to all of the deaf and hard of hearing students in Lee County Schools. Each student is provided one at the beginning of the year and it contains their hearing equipment and supplies. We appreciate your generous donation.
