2 days ago, on June 19, I went to this store to ask why my pircin did not have the back insurance in gold. The employee very reluctantly told me that there was no change and they did not tell me the day before, on the day of purchase, that the back It wasn't gold, a very bad attitude that made me upset because there are ways to say that I couldn't return the purchase. The person is very rude and made me upset a lot. That was the gift from my granddaughter who was just born and we can't use it for her if it's not all gold, they should say so when buying it, this is very WRONG

Was a great experience, got my daughter's ears pierced, no issues, paid $85 for gold piercing earrings, back was put on crooked, and 8 days later have lost the backs to the earrings 3 times, went to a jeweler and got good backs that stay but too late because one earring is completely gone. Called to speak to a manager, no one here answers the phone. Too bad I didn't fall into their "warranty plan", looks like they offer it because their products are poor quality. I would appreciate a reply to this review to contact a manager.
Update 2 weeks later. Now childrens screw back earrings don't even stay, it's like they sell total junk jewelry here. What a waste of $150 in earrings. Zero communication back from store.

Terrible experience today with a young lady at this location with ridiculous long nails. No one should be working at a piercing/jewelry shop with nails so long that they are affecting the job. I went in to purchase new earrings for my baby and change them to a new pair (she still had the original earrings from when she was pierced here) I asked the young girl if she could change them for me and it was a nightmare- she couldn’t hold the earrings right because of her nails, took forever so I eventually had to take over and do it myself with a screaming baby inside the store because this ordeal took an absurd amount of time to just change earrings!!! I will not be back. Consider adding a required nail length into your dress code or don’t have them giving piercings because WOW.

Katai is the best person in this store to work with. When my daughter went to get her ears pierced she played into her liking of Elsa and told her she was “frozen” so she would sit still. She explained everything to her and made her so comfortable that she didn’t cry. Then anytime we’ve been back into the store for one reason or another, she’s always so helpful and nice. Always makes a point to talk to my daughter and make her feel so special about her new earrings that we are buying. If you are taking a little one in to gets the ears pierced or just want to deal with a pleasant individual, she is who you need to go see.

Got my first ear piercing here. Great experience! I liked that I could get a pair of 14k gold earrings with free piercing for about the same price as just the piercing costs at a tattoo shop. She was so friendly, and genuinely cared that we took our time making sure earring choice and positioning were perfect.

An employee at this location named Maura helped me out numerous times while shopping here. She always knows what she’s talking about and she pierced my cartilage with ease. She really knows the best gift ideas and she always find what I need to accommodate my needs. She gets down, she doesn’t play.
