I came across this place during a business trip and decided to take my dog along, hoping for a pleasant experience for both of us. However, I was sorely disappointed by the poor service we encountered. Upon arrival, the young woman at the back desk seemed disinterested and failed to greet us. When I approached her for assistance, she provided curt instructions for accessing the indoor dog park and casually mentioned an early shut down/cleaning time of 4:45 pm, despite the closing time of 5:30 pm. While I appreciated her honesty about the closing time, it felt like a premature dismissal.To make matters worse, she didn’t acknowledge my 15-year-old dachshund beagle mix, Oobie, as she briskly passed by. This lack of basic courtesy immediately set off alarm bells. When I asked my cousin, who accompanied me, if she felt comfortable staying with Oobie while I tended to my work commitments, she expressed discomfort, prompting us to leave the premises.It's disheartening that what was supposed to be a relaxing outing turned into a frustrating and unwelcoming experience.

Pawradise is Amazing!! I gi w/ my 4 small breed puppies on Tues. & Thurs. 9-10 a.m. Pups can run & play w/ other small breed pups, I get an Awesome Iced Latte & a Delicious Egg & Cheese Sandwich! I’ve always had good luck the past couple of years, but this year I’m done with them. she has multiple sores on her back. They have now scabbed, but they are very itchy. Fortunately they’re in a spot that she cannot get. I took her to the vet. She is now on antibiotics and an anti-itch cream. I think the dryers are on spots for way too long.Pawradise, I think you better make some changes in your drying system.

Highly recommended dog groomers in Woking!! Roxy visited for a groom today, as always absolutely perfect and she smells amazing! The ladies at Paw-radise have been grooming Roxy for about 6 years and they've always done a stellar job.

Amazing customer service! They really go way above and beyond anything you'd expect from a big box store. The team really cares about solving customer problems and went out for their way to help me with shipping issue I faced. They are a shining example of a small business whose customer service stands out as a model in which other companies try, but fail to achieve. I highly recommend Pawradise!

Very cute place. 4 stars because the cafe has been closed a couple of times we’ve gone in when it was meant to be open. Coffee is wonderful when it’s open though! Fun to shop around too.
