Here at this store right now. This Ashanti lady that is the lead of the store treated us as if we are not knowledgeable. She very rude. Hopefully you have a better day. Treat people how you want to be treated.

I love Party City but there is this employee who is past mean, and refuses to accommodate a customer request for something as simple as a bag for balloons. I also asked her not put a hole in the bag so the strings won't fall out and she gave me the most hateful look. When I explained that the other gentleman clerk does not put holes in the bag her frown got worse. Maybe she just needs a gentle suggestion to give a customer a bag when they want/need one.

If you're getting balloons delivered, utilize the Ft Myers or Naples stores. Do not use Estero. Their staff do not follow protocol for balloon delivery. They'll rip the bags to allow weights to drop out, to make it easier for THEM to bag, then when delivered they what??? Get completely knotted, which is why THEY ARE PUT IN BAGS TO BEGIN WITH. When addressed, the young blue haired girl dismissed and made it clear this is a rogue store. They wait till the last minute to make the orders. Naples and Ft Myers have more responsible, older veteran workers that just do the job correctly, and take the time to do it right. If you get balloon delivery, and you should! It's a great service...you have been warned.

We picked up our balloons yesterday for our kids birthday party the next day. Only to see that most of the balloons deflated within 4 hours. I even paid extra for it to last up to 48 hours. So, instead of 40 balloons around our living room we have 10. Don’t want to see my kids reaction
