I’m on vacation and for some reason mine AND my sisters card wouldn’t cover 65¢ left of the price. The man at the register looked at me and said “you don’t have 65¢” and rolled his eyes. I’ve never had such rude customer service.

Almost everyone in there was extremely rude and unwelcoming, especially the snobby little teenage girls they have working there.

Staff is really nice and the service was great. I recently went in to buy clothes for my upcoming vacation and everything was so cute. Definitely recommend going to this location they always have the best stuff.

There is no reason for this location to have so many young and clueless girls working. They clearly are there to gossip and collect hours without putting any effort whatsoever. To make the matters worse they were sitting on the counter behind the cashier all three of them the same time, beyond disrespectful! We needed to use the dressing rooms and every time I felt like bothering them when asking for them to come and unlock the doors for us. I can't see how this is business oriented... great clothes, but you need to turn bad employees to good ones!

The staff is very unfriendly and not helpful at all. They all huddle around the counter giggling and ignoring customers. Maybe hire some staff who know how to treat customers.

Place is run by teenagers. Not to mention the Very strange style that is pac sun these days. They have like pseudo-trendy-skateboard-hippidy-hoppidy- pop-music type clothes. Not for me. And why do jeans come with rips in them. very trashy look.

All the teens who peaked in high school work here. One of them let me into a fitting room and then not even 30 seconds later I hear here talking to her coworker about how i’m too fat for the clothes here… As I ran out of the store with tears in my eyes she said “have a nice day.” I won’t now because of her
