Great service. Their expensive sunglasses come with a cheap, soft bag. One should expect a quality hard case, so I was disappointed paying over $200 for sunglasses only to be put in a drugstore cloth bag.

Purchased replacement lens from this store, and lens is defective and sales person claims that the lens by itself has no warranty. Bye, bye Oakley, you will not see me again there.

Went into store looking for aussie bumper sticker, they didn't have one, I left disappointed. Not more than 2 mins later an employee Billy tracked me down in another store. His employees ronnie and Zach had scrounged thru boxes and came across two. Thanks fellas. Happy aussie

Left my favorite Oakleys at the pool in the condo, did not want to get the same pair or spend another $200 plus bucks in case they showed up….also wanted to buy a few more of the Golf Chino pants that are so comfortable and lightweight perfect for Florida when shorts are just too informal…..the sales associate Peyton, gave me a friends and family coupon for 25% off the glasses and 40% off the pants! So overall it was not too bad and the new glasses are similar but black frames instead of clear and polarized! So if the old ones are returned I still can add these to my collection or return within 30 days! Many Thanks!

The Oakley store at Miramar outlets is awesome. My sales rep did much more than he had to including cleaning an old pair that I brought in, replacing the nose guard as well. No sales pressure. Very knowledgeable about the products.
