I had a wonderful experience with Liliany she was very helpful...patient...and always smiling unlike Holly very mean and with a horrible attitude... treating Liliany very bad specially in front of the customers...I will be back for Liliany and Leneva.....really don't care for Holly.

I needed to find a Movado repair shop for my watch. I live in New York State and was traveling to Fl. I found this store. They do not do repairs but were able to change my battery correctly and the manager knew exactly what was wrong with my clasp. I did not need a new one. This store had a nice variety of other brand watches also. Definitely worth a stop if you’re close by. Thank you Anthony Talavera ( store manager)for exceptional service.

Hello, good afternoon, I would like to share with you my experience at Movado, I took my wife's watch for a battery change, the girl in front received it and asked me to wait for the Manager, who is the one who knew how to disassemble the watch, it turns out that when she Manager did it, he couldn't open it and scratched the watch on the back and also damaged the glass of the watch, damaging it forever. Which they were not even capable of apologizing for.

The sales lady was very pleasant to work with. She gave great recommendations, and we bought several Hilfiger watches as gifts. She also changed a watch battery for us. Excellent customer service!!!!! We will be back! I highly recommend the Movado Store at Miromar Outlet Mall. ?

Miramar outlet Movado went above and beyond for a previous customer who came from out of town for their service.Specifically Anthony but I must mention all the staff are delightful. It was well worth the 45 minute drive. I must further mention this was done during Black Friday! There are not enough stars to rate this service. Highly

Went in to have a battery replaced in my movado and was told to come back some other time too busy!! I asked if I could leave it and pick it up at a different time but was told NO busy-busy and she turned around and walked away! WOW!! Makes me really want to come and buy another one ?I will find a better shop to work with

Initial experience was great. Chose a beautiful silver Bold w/black face, crystal. On sale from $575. This store is dishonest. Leneva claimed she pulled original receipt but I never saw it nor the return transaction. My being distracted should never be an excuse for dishonest business practices.Instead of refunding what was originally paid, she deducted the discount from what I actually paid. This watch was NEVER $371 original price. This store will steal from the customer if given the opportunity. #CONSUMER BEWARE

I bought a beautiful Movado from Taylor. She listened to me and my price range and steered me to a number of options. She definitely understood my personality and made my visit so pleasurable. Another women, Levina, was wonderful to talk with and sized my watch perfectly. A gentleman who's name I didn't catch, after hearing my indecision over the sizing of my watch quickly jumped in and resized it for me twice! I will definitely be back and hopefully not be so high maintenance but if I am these three will know exactly what to do.Thank you!
