Does not follow corporate policy, nor do they stand behind defective product. Sold me a non-working hotspot. Metro PCS Corporate said the process is to bring it to the store for exchange, but the rep in the store said he did not want to. After 6 weeks, I called American Express and they just reversed the charges for me. The case was ruled in my favor before I ended the call with the Amex rep because of the huge number of the same complaints. Do NOT buy product from this store! It is defective and they will not stand behind it.

i have been calling all metros around my area today and apparently today is don't answer phone day. Thanks metro!! Most likely will be switching carriers soon. Everything about them is starting to suck. Best part of metro is the free prime!!!

Just went in to get a deal I found online the night before and was told that the online deals are different than in store. For $50/month and $99 phone I was told it was around $250 today. I asked why and was told it was first month, taxes, activation fee. He would not show me a breakdown of pricing because it was "on his computer" and couldn't print. Shady place and people.

Whent to the store to get 4 phones 2 number from another company and 2 new number, they told $250 for each device. This is scam when online is free phones unacceptable

Bad, bad, bad. Waited 1-1/2 hours to have the customer service person tell us he can't help us with our phone problem. Went to the Metro on Three Oaks and he solved our problem in less than a minute. Not knowledge at all. Would not recommend this store to anyone

On Friday 8/14, I visited the store to transfer my business number from another company to metropcs. Jessica, the girl who was in the establishment at that time, began the process and sold me the phone but the number never worked, the calls did not come in, she told me that It took a while I was in the store from 9 am to 12:00 pm and the phone never worked today 8/17 I returned to the store I spoke with Aliany who was in charge at the time I explained to her that it is the number of a business that I am wasting time and money and she gave me terrible customer service. I called Comcast myself and handed her the Comcast representative and she asked me if the representative spoke English and I told her yes, if she didn't speak English, her response to me It was yes I speak and better than yours I have all this recorded on my phone if I could give it 0 star I would give it to you

Barely acknowledged. After 5 min. One worker walked over. (2 employees, I was 1 customer when I walked in)Told him what I needed. Walked over and pointed at 1 phone and walked away. I said, "can you tell me about the phone. He said it calls and texts and I can read what it does. He cared more about his mask and distance then helping me. Too many stores to deal with this. Bye.
