I chose Kevin Yankow as my realtor after reading his 5 star reviews and here is another one! I am the executor for my late uncle's estate and needed to sell his home property as well as a rental condo. Kevin replied immediately to my inquiry and continued to be readily available (via text, phone and/or email) throughout the process of selling both properties. I had to manage these proceedings from Pennsylvania and Kevin made this very easy for me, keeping in contact, answering questions and helping with decisions. He worked with the title companies to ensure seamless transferal of each property. Knowing that I had someone trustworthy and highly professional like Kevin to rely on was a tremendous relief to me during this process!

Kevin goes well beyond normal realtor expectations and has become a trusted friend and neighbor. But most importantly, he was with us each step of the way and then after the sale.
For example, we were out of town when a couch was to be delivered to our new home, several months after we closed. Anxioudly I called Kevin to help us out. He met the delivery team and placed the couch in the proper room. In addition, he helped identify a house inspecter that was beyond thorough and saved us thousands in repairs.
Kevin is more than a realtor. He has become a trusted friend and neighbor.

Kevin was extremely knowledgeable, patient and hard working. As an out of country broker, kevin had to deal with a client who was a little more intense and involved. Kevin had the understanding and market knowledge to help us look at the market objectively and work thru our ups and downs. I would request Kevin over again and trust him with my family and friends. The most detailed real estate agent I have had the pleasure of knowing and the most professional too. His expertise are just wonderful to see in play. He is helping us buy a house in fiddlesticks country club in fort Myers and we walked inside one house and he instantly asked the sellers agent of the owners knew the seals of the sliders were loose. When I asked him what were the consequences of that he replied your impact resistant sliders are compromised if that seal is not replaced . Wow effect . He instantly picked that up within 2 minutes of us walking in the house for the viewing . I was blown away. His negotiation skills when purchasing a property are dangerously amazing . Let's just say he is strategic to a buyers benefit all while being social and likeable . Great guy and even a better broker. We can't thank you enough Kevin! Keep up the good work

Where to start . What's great about Kevin Yankow ? Everything . As a broker owner not only is he licensed as a realtor but he has his owners license as well so he is independent . His license is with himself so this grants him the ability to make decisions right then and there that greatly benefit your deal like he did with us and not have to "run it by his broker owner because he is his own broker owner lol " stellar customer service from start to finish . He doesn't hide when some inevitable variables are thrown into the transaction. Highly strategic and just a delight and wealth of knowledge . By no means was the sale of our river house on McGregor Riverside easy and yet Kevin knew how to navigate the waters to get us the most amount of money for our home that would not sell for quite some time and we got us a cash deal that closed in not 30 days but 3 weeks ! Even provided a top notch title company referral in bonita who were equally a delight to deal with . What's great about Kevin Yankow .....everything .

A great broker. I was a out of state seller and Kevin did an excellent job dealing with the sale(s). I had two transactions (sales) with him and had a great experience in both transactions.
