He was very helpful, answered all of our questions, did not pressure us, and helped us purchase two drink tables that were out of stock.After trying 2 other furniture stores, we came back to purchase the couch we initially tried at West Elm. We worked with Patti, who helped us with fabric swatches and was patient while we texted pictures to family for second opinions.
