I have rented numerous cars from this location in always had a good experience without issue. Trisand, the branch manager gave me a lot of attitude and was rude to me as soon as I entered the building. Shame, one negative experience can ruin all of my previous. I won’t be going back to this location. Went to another location and had no problem.

Person at counter was great, but "local policy" blows in that they have an archaic, must swipe card policy. You can't prepay, pay online or over the phone, book same day rentals and have to have an airline ticket for debit card use (mine was a ine way rental, so i didnt have an airline ticket). Some of us don't want/need credit cards. Get with the program. This isn't the 1990s. After 4 hours waiting and phone calls. I used a competitor for 5x the rate. So frustrated. Never been so infuriated at a company and their flexible policies. Screw.

There is an office worker here who does not really do his job and speaks disrespectfully. I made a reservation 2 days ago for a 7-passenger vehicle and today I used Uber for $80 to come to the office and pick up the vehicle. You sent a confirmation message and I asked why you didn't inform me in advance that you didn't have a vehicle for 7 passengers and the answer I received was that we were very busy, this is really a joke. My best advice to you is to really stay away from this office if you don't want your day to be miserable. Date 05.08.2024 ,

I’ve been renting vehicles from Hertz for over 10 years. A loyal customer and President Circle (like that matters anymore). I don’t know what’s going on with this company but I’ve had nothing but trouble lately. I reserved a vehicle this past Saturday for pick up at this Estero branch only to walk in at my time and find out that they didn’t have my vehicle in stock ( a midsize ) according to the manager because I booked at 10pm the night before. My appointment was for 10am and they could have called in a car from RSW. Never bothered. When I asked the manager if he could call the airport for inventory, he said sorry you’ll have to go out there, I don’t know there inventory! This has not been the first time I’ve had problems at this branch. Horrible branch !! I will never book a vehicle from them again and will send complaints directly to corporate.

My name is Aleyxi Garcia Baez, I am addressing you as a company before proceeding in any other way, since you are not leaving me any other alternatives other than legal means, I was working with you in the months of February and part of March at the Fort Myers International Airport, with ID Card 41011787, I have called and written on several occasions communicating with Arais and Jeny, because I closed my contract and moved state, leaving March 15, 16 and 17 worked for collection I left all the bureaucratic procedure completed to receive it by direct deposit. They informed me that on March 29 they had sent the information to the company where I currently reside so that they could send me my check since no direct deposit was made to me. Today is the day. 5, correspondence is usually received within 3 business days and this has not been the case, even the way in which those office people mentioned above have responded to me has not been the best, being within my rights and I have proof of this, and they have even I doubt if I have really received the check or not, when you know perfectly well if it was cashed or not, where I am residing is very far away in Indianapolis, Indiana. Hoping and trusting you will find a quick solution to this problem. I thank you in advance.

Used to be a happy President and Gold member, The new website is useless, you are never allowed to see your password even when entering it or resetting it. They demand a long, complicated password and when you set it up you must blindly enter it twice without any confirmation if it is correct.Booking with points DOES NOT WORK, you click on any of the links to use points, and it sends you to the same pay with credit card pagesYou enter the location of pickup, before as you entered the location it showed other locations, now it accepts your location but then sends you to another page with all the state locations which is poorly shown so it is lots of time scrolling through locations that don't apply. No option to show cars by lowest or highest price.Calling Hertz takes hours, and you are hung up on many times, No online feedback form to let them know the problems

They do discriminate. The reviews are right. I'm rich, and it still didn't matter (it never should), but we know society. This is my second time, and both times they didn't have a care. However, when another individual walked in, he said he made the reservation that morning and he got a car. Yes, he was white, and I'm a white Puerto Rican. It's not the company; it's the location management.They will soon take action. Let’s keep sharing our experiences. God bless USA

Discrimination, bad treatment, you reserve the car and when you arrive they tell you in a very bad way that there is no availability. They never give an explanation why there is no availability. Definitely don't come here. If you are Latino, they tell you that they don't speak Spanish, they get up from the chair and leave you with the word in your mouth.

Hertz owns Dollar Car Rental and this was my costly experience with Dollar:I reserved my car 3 days in advance and when we arrived to pick it up, they told me they over booked and didn't have anything for me. It was supposed to be a van that seated 8. They couldn't even offer us 2 cars. They were completely sold out, leaving us no option but to find a rental company that did have some thing. Avis was the only one that did have some thing but we had to rent 2 vehicles to fit everyone (we were all flying in for a funeral). Dollar's mistake cost me $1146.00 MORE than what my reservation with them was for.Their first attempt to make up for this was to offer me a $20 rental car credit!! Their second response was "We cannot reimburse you for what you've spent. The rate of the vehicle is not the same."I hope this review costs them THOUSANDS of dollars in sales.

WARNING: Rented a car from Hertz via Priceline - when we got to the office they simply said sorry we don't have a car for you... As if that is OK. We had to cancel our plans for the weekend and they offered no explaination as to why they didn't reach out to us before we arrived to at least let us know that we couldn't get a car at that location. They suggested we try the airport and did not even attempt to call or help us out. The customer service at this location was terrible.

In this place they treated me very badly, just for being Latino, one of the agents expressed himself to another agent saying that I am Latino and that is why I behave like this, that is, it is my right to complain about a serious problem that one of my tires has, I believe. that this is very bad.The agent who helped me is Latino, he was very rude when I complained because he took so long to look at a photo of the car that they took that has no quality whatsoever and that they also take the photos themselves without the presence of the client, when I told him that they should After taking the photos in front of the client, he told me that's not the case and threatened to charge me for my complaining attitude. At that moment, he told the manager that I was Latino, that's why I behaved like that, that's discrimination, it doesn't matter where we all come from. Very rude customer service associates who are not inclined to help their customers. Hopefully not all hertz rental centers have customers service employees such as that.
