My boyfriend and I went in looking for ideas for my engagement ring. Originally, we were only trying to determine the style of ring I might like and scope out prices. Marc D'Amato helped us out and provided us with multiple options to help keep the potential purchase within our price range and in the style options I preferred. Once we found a a style I confirmed I loved, we decided to look at other locations for comparison.
When we went to other jewelry stores in the area, we ended up coming back to Marc in Helzberg immediately because the customer service, options, and choices Marc provided were far superior. We eventually ended up with the dream ring I wanted, in hand, and at a wonderful price with coverage and insurance options.
Marc was phenomenal to work with. He wasn't pushy, he was willing to work within our boundaries, and came up with multiple solutions to help us find what we were looking for. I couldn't recommend this location and him enough!

If your desire is to have best jewlery at affordable price, this is the place, they are serious people and commited to embrace you as a custumer to be them, once you purchase somothing from them they provide lifebtume maintenance for free. And if they do not have what you looking for in their store they would find it for you with thier discoumts.

Mark was exceptionally nice helping me with the ring selection,and suggesting how to utilize my mother’s diamond ring guards along with the new ring. I have very small fingers,(size 4.5) and other jewelry stores have been frustrating to work with to say the least. Mark really took his time.. and most of all listened to what I wanted.

I had a great experience with mark he took good care of me,and answered all my questions and was very supportive very punctual never pressured took his time to show and explain to me the items I was interested in, on to my second bracelet from him!

Store manager, Dan and Cobie the jeweler in Estero are fabulous! We drive 2 hours to their store because of their wonderful service.

I went in looking for a real earth mined diamond necklace. The short little man with the round glasses was very rude to the point I stopped looking and left. He tried to basically diamond shame me that I should not be looking for mined blood diamonds, and only be looking for lab grown and thought he needed to give me an education about lab grown diamonds. Which I told him several times I know what I want and that was not it. He lied and stated all diamond mining in the world has stopped, which is not true. Sorry guy all you need to do is google that. When I told him I really did not want to . hear anymore about lab grown is when he got rude. He would not even take me to the area and show me the real mined diamonds. WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS GUY???? I will never shop in this store, what a jerk.

Service and patience going through the whole process was second to none. Mark was especially understanding of the importance of me having the perfect ring! He was very knowledgeable and patient throughout every step of us designing this ring from the selection of the perfect band, setting and the beautiful cherry on top, the diamond. Exquisite!!

The people at the Miromar Outlet store have been very helpful and friendly each time I've been there. They have assisted me to find what I wanted and helped to match my current pieces. The pieces I have purchased I am always happy with and are reasonably priced.
