One overly friendly staff member is a bit off-putting. Incessantly telling a woman she doesn't look her age (something I've witnessed this man do twice on seperate visits) comes off creepy. Store itself is okay for a Goodwill.

Seems all second hand stores in Naples area have increased their pricing to retail or above. This store is great they price most items low and keep them moving out the door so new items can come in. I haven’t had issues with waiting in long lines but it happens everywhere. Overall I think it is a great store.

Came an hour and half before closing and after 30 mins of getting stuff to try on, they locked the dressing rooms AN HOUR BEFORE CLOSING. After just asking the staff if I could use the rooms really fast they were extremely rude, and I would’ve understand if they simply explained no… what happened to customer service. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Which is sad because I have been coming for years :(The blonde “slovakian” lady & the Italian/Spanish man need to be fired and replaced

I have always been a little bit of a Buyer and a donator of Good Will! I really appreciate that people who are blessed enough to be able to give, do for total strangers. Some times maybe see it as just a tax thing or a way to "DUMP" Stuff for some. But for most people are just really trying to help!!Most stuff is usually usable and to have Good Will be honesty be able to resell the items, all the better. I was (at one point) Very, heavy (very, very) but I am a very smart shopper and I have loved my Tommy Bahama Shirts. Well over the time I had a very nice collection of size 4 x to 6 x shirts. It took me a few minutes to agree to let them go, but as the person told me, you are not going to need them anymore but you can make somebody else feel good about themselves by being to wear such expensive shirts. ( I again ty to never pay anymore then I have to. So I don't ever have to feel bad. Letting a part of me go. And it is so good to see that somebody is suddenly wearing "my" old shirt!!!Great place to bring stuff to, and to to see things, carry on. It just makes me feel very Blessed in Mankind but I am always have my head on a swivel. If you don't need an item still usable drop it off there If the electronic I believe they have a number they can tell you to wear to send it usable electronic most likely can send it right there to Goodwill excellent price is great people inside Just don't give up the chance to help people, it is what it's supposed to be all about isn't it?Got speed yeah all ??

So interesting. The store closes at 8. We arrived at 6. Dropped off several bags of donations. Brought in an elderly man and spent an hour picking out about 50 items we Intended to buy. However, just after 7 we were told the fitting rooms were closed. Since it was an hour prior to closing and if we decided we didn't want annitem they would need time to put them away. I then politely gave the man an ultimatum either we try the items and buy 80-90% of them. Or we just give them all to him now to put back. He said. "Your choice but the dressing rooms close at 7pm"So the elderly handicapped man I brought in will have to go without new stuff and I won't be donating anymore stuff to goodwill. So goodwill I say GOODBYE.

Not the best, not the worst Goodwill... ok overall, but their priorities are a little strange. Fitting Rooms close at 7:00pm... supposedly to help the staff get out earlier. But then they only have 1 register open, the register has trouble scanning some tags, and the person checking people out is pretty slow... so there is a looong line for checkout.Don't plan on stopping by with plans afterwards or give an ETA going home because you will get stuck there (in line).Really, closing the fitting room really doesn't help all that much for time, when only one register is open... though I suppose it is helpful in getting people to buy stuff that does not fit them, since they could not properly try them on?

Line of 12+ people and only 1 person working the cash register on a Friday afternoon. Very slow moving here… & not to mention workers are not very friendly. Disappointing! It’s Friday and the sun is shining… smile!

Probably the best goodwill bang for your buck out of all the Goodwill’s in the Southwest Florida area. Don’t get me wrong, it’s still hit or miss at times, but you tend to hit more than you miss, and honestly considering the location, this Goodwill is quite affordable than others in the area.

First time here bought couple of things found out it is all chipped and damaged yet they sell for retail price. It is a total scam for donated item goodwill selling more than retail price. Not going in this location anymore.

Coming from North Carolina , we have always been charitable and have been donating to Good Will for years quite regularly. The white middle aged clerk who accepts the donations at this location makes the donation experience so negative and it is not worthwhile .bye bye , miserable guy. I ll just drop them off else where without spending the time and gas money to keep you having a job. Lol

As other reviewers have said the guy that accepts the donations is a total j**** He was rude to me on multiple occasions making comments both out loud and under his breath, shaking his head back and forth, just BIG mad for reasons I don’t understand other than hating his job and life definitely should consider better staff or paying them better maybe so they aren’t so rude who knows
