“They have a pretty good selection of epoxy River tables, however the epoxy that their supplier is using is pretty poor quality as the clear epoxy should look like glass and that is not the effect that any of these tables had. I happen to be in this business of making these products and would hope that Furniture Factory would insist that their supplier use a higher quality epoxy product. Overall their service was fantastic and they were not pushy at all. They had some pretty unique pieces of other Furniture though that I definitely would be interested in when I get my new house.”

“Sometimes the right person answers the telephone, for us that was Nicole Brandi-Newmark! We were searching for help with a newly purchased condo, sent Nicole our floor plan, told her what our vision was, and within days she sent us well designed computerized models of our space. We scheduled a few Zoom calls, discussed different options, and everything seamlessly fell into place.
Nicole was very professional, kept the project moving forward, otherwise we would still be "shopping" for furniture, and kept us informed as to the status of the order until delivery day. By the way, she even made time to meet us at the condo when the furniture was delivered!
The photo doesn't do justice to the beautiful furnishings which are perfectly sized, incredibly well made, and very comfortable.
Our next trip to Bassett will be to find more pieces to compliment and finish our wonderful new space!

“Love this Target! Selection is amazing, and the staff is super friendly. They have a Starbucks in the Target, like most, but there are 2 others in the mall if you forget to stop there. It is like 10 or 20 cents more expensive than other Starbucks'. Make sure you check out with Kathleen, she is one of the sweetest people I have ever met!”

And to top it all off, I got 2 pairs of prescription glasses and 2 pairs of prescription sunglasses with protection plans on all for $1,388 including tax. That’s unheard of!”
“I have always been a die-hard Walmart fan, but this Target may have me switching teams. Compared to the local Walmarts in the area (the one on 41 and Immokalee being the most depressing), this Target is bright, modern, and flawlessly immaculate everywhere I look. The market area has fresh fruit and vegetables for days along with an impressive charcuterie, deli, and in-house prepared dessert offerings. Walmart may have a wider seafood selection, but I'll gladly give up my stuffed clams for a more pleasant shopping experience. The grocery area is vast and has everything one might need but, oddly, lacks anchovies- or maybe I just couldn't find them... Great pet food department and fun holiday department in the back if you have a second to breeze through. I have yet to explore the Men's clothing department- possibly programmed to avoid after Walmart's? The home decor department is very nice but not nearly as fun as treasure hunting in Homegoods! Sadly, I had to deduct one star because there is no garden center- a crucial element to a five star shopping experience- I mean, what shopping trip is complete without ducking into the garden center and finding an awesomely priced plant to add to your garden? I would like to give a huge shoutout to cashier, SHELLY. She was an absolute delight and made my shopping experience one to treasure and, hopefully to repeat, week after week. Thanks, Shelly! I am sure Target is proud to have you representing their forefront.”
“We went to try out couches, and worked with David at first. He was very helpful, answered all of our questions, did not pressure us, and helped us purchase two drink tables that were out of stock.After trying 2 other furniture stores, we came back to purchase the couch we initially tried at West Elm. We worked with Patti, who helped us with fabric swatches and was patient while we texted pictures to family for second opinions. She really took the extra time to make sure that we got exactly what we wanted.We don't have the couch yet, but the store model was extremely comfortable, and the customer service was exceptional.”
