I got a watch as a gift last Christmas and I love it!!! I put it in my purse the other day, when I took it out half of the band was off and I couldn’t figure out how to screw it back together. I brought it in and Debbie, who was super kind, fixed it in a matter of a few minutes. Thank you again!

Joseph was a great help!!!
I came in looking to spend some money on a watch and I ended up leaving with two WITHOUT going over budget. He showed me watch faces that matched the style I wanted a watch for, like for work and school. Joseph should get a raise :)

Just went today to get a new watch and battery change and was helped by an amazing man named Alfie even tho it was his 3rd or 4th day he was extremely polite and customer focused truely a wonderful experience

The staff at this location is amazing!!! The engraving process is fast and beautiful. I always walk about happy with my visit here. The jewelry is beautiful and my husband always finds himself a new watch for his collection. The selection is outstanding!

I had a problem with my hybrid gen 6 watch. The manager attempted to fix my problem when she was unable to rectify the problem , she got on the phone with customer service. Customer service said it needed to be sent in ,so she bag it up printed out a return label and sent it off. The manager was pleasant and professional, extremely courteous I had such a pleasant experience that I ended up buying another watch. I recommend Fossil watches to all my friends and will continue to do so.

Amanda was a great salesperson. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. The store manager was also great. We went in to have a watch repaired, they helped us with that and we ended up purchasing 2 new watches as well! We will always shop at this store!
