Very poor customer service at the UTC Mall location, Sarasota, Florida. Girl was rude and condescending and was very proud to say she didnt want to help. Very disappointed this was the way I was treated by a small shop. If I could give ZERO stars I would.

I had a motorcycle accident 10 years ago causing one if my feet to essential feel number. I had bought a pair of between the toes flip flops from here and went home. After a day I realized these flip flops are extremely uncomfortable for me but like a dummy I threw out the cardboard "packaging" for the flops. After calling and explaining, manager Mariah still took the flip flops back, explained to me what would work best for me, and when checking out also gave my mother the 20% discount on a second pair for a pair she was buying. Extremely satisfied, thank you for the help!!

Quality selection of sandals and awesome customer service. Thank you Hailey! I bought the OluKai Hokua, all black. The last pair lasted me 5 years wearing them 5+ days a week and I still have them, I just got paint all over them and needed a fresh pair.
