Great customer service very friendly I have a FedEx account mailed some golf clubs back to New York at a very reasonable price the attendant couldn't be more helpful that's why I got a FedEx account for our business

I went in during a time I expected it to be busy, but was helped right away. Marian was incredibly helpful from the moment I walked in, offering to help me ship my packages and lending me their store's cart to bring in my trunk full of packages. Marian was incredibly patient with me as I searched for the address I was shipping my packages to, and was beyond helpful with preparing the customs forms for international delivery. I couldn't have asked for a better experience - thank you.

I am impressed with the service. They weren’t busy when I went but Marian helped me and she taped the seal without me asking and the. Showed me how to use the kiosk if they are busy when I come next time.

The service has really changed with the new people working here now. Always been free to print out a label for USPS. Maybe look into the unprofessionalism there.Very disappointed in the customer service.

I regularly ship at this location, and have always received top notch, friendly, professional service! Most recently Jake greeted me, took care of my cart load of items, and thanked me for coming in.I appreciate the team work I observed between staff because it is surely one of the reasons that lines move quickly when there are a few customers.I always recommend this Fedex location to my co workers, friends, and family.Thanks Jake and staff!!
