I have had my hair cut here several times. I have suggested more care to happen in an area. She's argued with me, but I overlooked it hoping she'd use more care. This time was very bad. I don't live right in the area so it took me a little bit to get back there. Also; I was concerned about her reaction--very oppositional if you point anything out. This time it was something I couldn't live with. I stopped there, and again she was very oppositional and argumentative. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone. I would think she'd want to stand by her work, but that's not what happened today. So I'll have to live with it till I can find someone else. You'd think $65 would get you some great results!! Nope!!! Not here, Pfong!!!! I really tried to be very diplomatic, but she wouldn't meet me any where close to half way

I tried to do a walk in which I know is hit or miss. One of the stylists told me I "better go to the website." Not as polite as I expected but I would probably give it a second chance.

Had a great haircut with Phoung Li, she was kind and sweet. I will definitely be back. Also the price was fair and not overpriced, great salon.

I have been bringing my son for 2 years now. They do great with kids and are very professional. All of his haircuts have been just perfect for him! They have so much patience and know exactly how to complete the job and make it look effortless. 10/10.

Went in to a completely empty salon. Then after about 5 min waiting for someone to come up front to speak with me. I rang the bell on the door again a saw a woman walk through the back hallway and look over at me, but she kept waking. I washed another 2 min the started speaking. Said hello several times so that someone could hear me, while being sure not to shout or sound aggravated. Finally the same woman reappeared. When I asked if they take walk-ins, because that's what they're info says. She told me NO, not right now we are really busy. Mind u it was a completely empty salon. I just need a 10 min trim. Bottom line is if you need to be a walk-in this place is not for you. The owner was rude and dismissive

I took my two daughters here and asked for a straight cut for my one daughter. The lady proceeded to cut a huge chunk of her hair out and then straightened it (didn’t ask for this and was charged extra for it). After straightening it, she took an ELECTRIC razor and hacked away at it. When she was done it was so uneven but I didn’t want her to touch it anymore so I let it go. The other daughter fared slightly better when I demanded she use scissors to cut her hair. I have been here before but went to a different stylist. I will never go back here and would not recommend it to anyone. I’m going to have to let my daughter’s hair grow and then take her elsewhere to even it out.Service: Haircut

messed up my hair，look so ugly , won't go back anymore!!!!!! Make my hair short like a bowl, Thick without layering, need to wait couple months to grow longer ，then Find another one to fix my hair. The hairdresser who cut my hair was half an hour late and talking with the phone while cutting my hair

Reasonably priced haircut. I asked for ONLY a cut - no shampoo, no styling. I got what I wanted, a very good, very short cut. Sheila did my hair and was knowledgeable about how to cut straight and short hair. I left without spiking hair and a very well-cut style. This will be my salon from now on. I have been searching for someone who can provide a good, reasonably priced haircut.

I rate Phoung as an A+ Cutter and an A Stylist! I have never been disappointed in either my cut or my color. I have very fine short hair and most hair stylists do not have the skill set to cut, style or color my hair. Phoung does a great job every time! I highly recommend Phoung Lee and her daughter!

This is one of the best salons I have been to. Phong the owner is very friendly. Jenni did my hair and she did a great job. She is very friendly, talented,and listens to her clients. I was very happy with the service and my hair turned out great . This is definitely a great salon for color or highlights.Services: Hair coloring

This place is a chop shop…not a salon. Do not listen to what you want but style your hair the way they think best. Owner is rude no manners and cannot speak English if her life depended on it. Save your time and sanity just don’t reinforce bad behaviorService: Haircut
