I recently purchased a 2024 Riptide Blue Chevrolet Blazer from Estero Chevrolet, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment my partner and I walked in, Shanna Gillespie greeted us with a beautiful smile, a warm hello, and a refreshing bottle of ice-cold water—just what we needed after a long day of car shopping in the Florida heat.
Shanna was incredibly patient and attentive as we explored our options. We initially test-drove the Trailblazer but quickly realized it was too small for our needs. Without missing a beat, Shanna guided us to the Blazer, which turned out to be the perfect fit. Negotiations can often be the most challenging part of car buying, but Shanna made the process smooth and stress-free, ensuring that we got a great deal over the course of a couple of days.
One of the highlights of our visits was taking advantage of the dealership's well-appointed break area, where we enjoyed delicious hot chocolate and fresh coffee. It's a little touch that made the whole experience even more enjoyable, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit when my vehicle gets serviced.
When it came time to finalize the purchase, we met with Will in Finance. My experience with people in finance is that they are dry and not particularly engaging. Will walked us through the preferred platinum and gold protection plans, ensuring we fully understood all the finances and warranties. Will's openness, friendly demeanor and thorough explanations made what could have been a daunting process both fun and enjoyable.

One of my best buying experiences.Friendly, helpful and had all of the details. They tracked done the model and color I wanted, quicker they they said they would. I looked in NY for a few months and rated a dealer as horrable.The said it was in stock and tried to sell me a different color. Here they did everything to make me a happy buyer. Not pushy, even the final finance guy who usually everyone hates went through all of the options and add ones with great detail.

Today I went to have my 2024 Chevrolet Equinox serviced and felt ripped off. Terrible service, they did not top off the fluids, they charged me for a new oil filter and left the same one, I have photos and invoices with the serial numbers that can prove it, they left the oil filter loose and it has a leak , the car was dirty with grease on the steering wheel and body, and because I had a small nail in a tire, they told me I had to buy a new tire valued at about $300. Without a doubt, it is the worst place to go.
Today I went to perform maintenance on my 2024 Chevrolet Equinox and I felt cheated. Purchased my car today, with the help I got from Justin,Sonya and j.r they really took great care of me I definitely will be going back in the future 10/10 would definitely recommend this dealership the sales associates and everybody are so nice. they are not pushy like how I was expecting car sales people to be I'm very happy with my experience.

Great service by Justin helping me through a long distance transaction. However I was disappointed that your dealership misrepresented the vehicle’s features on your website. It very clearly states that the car has keyless entry in 2 different points on your site, and yet when we came to pick up the car, it did not have this feature, which was a factor in our choice of car.

Sergio and Justin were very helpful. Sergio obviously knew what he was doing and was determined to make the sale (in a good way). Justin, for being there for only a week or so, was very knowledgeable. And to be honest, he clinched it for me to not only buy the car but to go with the color I truly wanted.

Poor communication. I am shopping for a new SUV for my wife, I am not sure I will purchase another GM product. If I do, it will not be from Estero Bay Chevrolet. I responded to Kenny with an email containing my work order, and no one responded. I have a 2022 silverado with 26,000 miles. The truck was at Estero Bay for 6 weeks waiting on a part. I was then charged for the last 5 days of the rental car that was supposed to be covered under the bump to bump a portion of the warranty.

Right when I walked in ,I was greeted by Shanna.
Shanna took her time on helping me decide which car was a better fit for our family . We ended up leasing a nice 2024 Equinox Ev, smooth transaction from beginning to end.

Terrible service experience. My corvette has been under their warranty care for nearly 4 months. Advisor resigned, new service manager in and the service is worse today than ever before. They won’t return calls or respond to text messages and just to speak with someone you have to personally go to the dealer. Warranty claims on a BRAND NEW Corvette should not take months to repair. But they don’t care. Stay away.
