After someone hitting my car, their insurance covered for me to get a rental while mine was being fixed. I first did not receive car big enough requested(May have been insurance company’s fault).Received a bigger vehicle after having the vehicle for a few days, received a phone call from enterprise that they needed to swap out our cars and it was not going to be the same size. We said we need a big enough car for multiple different reasons. They said the former people that had our car left something in it and we said we Able to let them come and search through it. We don’t like to make changes for our special needs son who has a hard time with change. So a representative came to come and look through the car and then proceeded to tell us that the people believed they left a fire arm hidden in the car. I couldn’t believe it I said, take this car immediately away.. I let them know of the new car we needed to have replaced. I couldn’t believe that. They didn’t tell us that from the gecko, I have a special needs child that has no idea what a gun looks like and the dangers of it! They couldn’t find us a comparable car and said we’ll just returning to the original, for we look through it and didn’t find anything I was in shock and said no!!

I lost my car during tropical storm Ian. My insurance company secured a rental for me here in Key West where I live. I was attempting to purchase a 2023 Honda Accord to replace my flooded Honda that was totaled. Unfortunately my search for a new Accord was not successful due to production issues. Nevertheless the Key West representative’s assisted additional rentals and extensions to make life easier. Very respectful and accommodating. I wish I could remember all of their names both at the airport and Roosevelt Blvd. locations. I did end up having to purchase a 2023 Honda CR-V. I am loyal to brands and Enterprise has become one of them, thanks to their dedicated employees. ??

We LOVE the Enterprise on Boy Scout Drive in Fort Myers!! The staff there is AMAZING, especially Clarice and Caleb!! They are so kind and sweet and helpful! My parents had a wonderful experience renting and returning a car here after Hurricane Ian, we will definitely use and recommend this company again! :)

Ashley was wonderful. Expedient and polite. Enterprise car rental, on the other hand, is absolute garbage! They delivered me a filthy mustang convertible already knowing that the top didn’t function properly but rented it to me anyway. It had empty water bottles from previous renters shoved under the seat. They also refused to come pick me up because I was outside the pick up range by 3 miles. Told me to call another enterprise. Meanwhile this location was 1 mile from where my car was being serviced at a body shop and I was told to go to this specific Enterprise. Likewise, they had a mustang convertible, which is what I wanted to rent but shame it was an absolute piece of garbage with tires so atrocious I almost crashed the car twice in the rain! Not bald tires. No. They were brand-new. They were just such cheap Chinese made garbage that they felt bald. Enterprise is a company that only does the cheapest thing they can do. It doesn’t matter what it is. They don’t want to pay their employees a living wage. Meanwhile the CEO and the Board of Directors all make millions. The company wants to use surveys so they can lie about their customer service and use the survey as a tool to discriminate against their own employees. Meanwhile it’s the higher ups and the management that are failing miserably. Inexcusable and absolutely terrible! I reiterate however that Ashley at the desk was absolutely dynamite. Give her a raise. Make her a consultant. And then fire yourself!

I am very pleased with service that I received. Lexi was great! It was very busy at the time but she still managed to navigate everything very fast and get me the car that was suitable for my needs. She should receive raise and a promotion.

The rental car they gave to us has foul odor/stinks smell pee. We tried to clean and put a deodorizer as well as car freshener, it lessened the smell. We brought this issue to their attention. After a week we switch car. Not really satisfied with the service of Austin because he really don’t anticipate and think what customer concern. Unhappy and not satisfied customer here.

Worst experience that I have ever dealt with in I think any business transaction. Brandon aka manager, dropped the ball & was so rude to deal with, if I was the owner of this Enterprise Branch I would have fired him on the spot. Smart mouthed punk is how I would title him, so much that he left me on an eternal hold when I called the branch for over 40 minutes ( then I walked in to see what was happening and he and another employee were just talking to each other like it was a joke to see how long I would remain on hold). When you make a reservation that would mean you have a car reserved ( mind you the reservation was made 3 months prior) well that wasn't the case. Arrive at the branch only to find out they have no SUV's available, but if I want to drive to Marco Island they have.a small one there! I was like YOU want me to drive to Marco? Not happening!. Needless to say another branch helped me out as best as they could!
