Let me tell you about Megan the bartender! She was OUTSTANDING, great personality and funny too! After a LONG day of delays and cancellations she made the day not so bad. The drinks she poured were perfect and delicious. And the food was absolutely delicious! Chicken wings cooked perfect, the pizza was omg tasty and the ribs were phenomenal! A little bit pricy but hey its a hotel! The 2 young ladies at the front desk were so nice and patient with us with our company issue of getting our rooms ready! The other front desk girl was not so friendly and she was at the front desk in the morning and still was not friendly! She just needs to learn to smile in her customer service position. (Maybe she was having a horrible night/morning..who knows) The rooms were decent, had a living room, bar area with fridge and a separate bedroom! Had a room with 2 full size beds..beds are a little small but comfy!

Recently stayed at Embassy, the staff are extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. Rooms are outdated, but you're in Florida. How long are you actually in your room! Breakfasts are amazing and everyday something different. Pool and jacuzzi great. Location is fantastic everything you need no further than 10 minutes in any direction. I would recommend staying. We stayed on 2nd floor one room pool view other room car park .

Friendly staff, clean rooms, not great pillows. Very nice breakfast setup.Only 10 min from the airport was nice as well.

The refrigerator in the room didn't work and we were not able to get any free drinks at the reception because there were too few employees.We were quite disappointed.

This hotel I stay at at twice a year. We come down from southeast Georgia to sell fireworks and it is such a treat when we're done to be able to relax for a week they have the best amenities very clean rooms. Everyone is so polite I highly recommend this hotel. And the breakfast is the best.

Dated hotel. It was very disappointing for a Hilton branded hotel. Bedding for pull out was dirty/used. Housekeeping brought fresh in.Nearby activities: Close to Herz Arena

Excellent property. Customer service was super, rooms were spacious, beds and pillows comfortable. Smelled lovely throughout the hotel. The Eagles Nest restaurant was tasty as well. Quite surprised. Try the Chicken Quesadilla! The soup selection during our stay was Lobster Bisque and it was delicious! Perfect location for an event at Hertz Arena.

Very nice staff. Great pool, hot tub spa. Breakfest was ok. Fruit was not as fresh as it could have been. Scrambled eggs were a bit wet. But they also cook to order breakfest. Nice bar. Overall very nice place.Rooms: Would have liked to had a handicapped accessible room. If you are disabled check those rooms. Had difficulties with my wife in the bathroom and the bed. I recently reserved an accessible room for a December trip. We'll see.
