She changed my cracked screen and when I came back to express it had alittle glitch she immediately said she was sorry and that at times they get faulty ones and changed it under the warranty. She never blamed or questioned it being something I did like another employee did when I called but thanks to Melissa I am giving ubreakifix 5 stars. Keep up the kindness and compassion Melissa ?”

“Took a dated Bose radio/CD changer in, paid a nominal bench charge of $85.00 for them to look at the unit to see if it could be repaired. Told I would receive a call back in a couple of days. Got a call back the next day with the bad news, sorry the unit is beyond repair.Owner took the time to explained what was wrong and why it could not be repaired. For those of you that have never been to a repair shop before, this is what a repair should look like. Units everywhere, waiting for inspection, parts, or owner to pick their unit up. If the shop didn't look this way I think I would be disappointed and maybe even a little skeptical that this might not be the right repair shop for me. While I was disappointed that the unit could not be repaired, I was pleased with the prompt return phone call and the information the owner provided to tell why it could not be repaired. I will return next time I have an electronic problem without hesitation.”
