I have been a loyal customer at this store for over 10 years now. Rafael, the store manager, always goes above and beyond to make sure you find what you are looking for. I definitely recommend this store. The quality of the shoes is exceptional and everyone is always friendly and helpful.

this store was impeccable, loaded with inventory, kept clean, and the cherry on top was the customer service. Faya helped me out, measuring my size, accommodating width, and the whole nine yards (no pun intended)

For an outlet mall their prices are ridiculous! And don't bother to ask if there are any discounts. I saw a pair of shoes for $160 and the Asian dude rolled his eyes at me and an old shoe salesman snapped and said, Mam, this is our top of the line shoe we don't have discounts....in a belittling tone. They were too happy helping a woman who was purchasing 4 pairs. Anyway I went next door to Saks Fifth Ave and got me a Cole Haan pair almost identical in look and feel, and a pair of Tom Ford sunglasses for a total of $159.99....bye bye Ecco, I will not be returning

Items priced more than other places... So overwhelmed for item purchased. Sales reps. Judgy. Pushy....try to sells things that look silly or don't serve the purpose by inventing reasons to talk you into something you don't like. Won't go back.

Assistant manager Rafael Fonseca was gracious, helpful and accommodating. He made our shopping experience so much better than your typical outlet normally provides. He was able to provide suggestions for product, knows the shoes he is selling because he wears them every day and he has a very likable personality. Overall he was very pleasant to deal with during a very hectic holiday season. ECCO stands by their products and on average their boots last 10 years. Worth every penny when you consider the fleeting life expectancy of fast fashion and the environmental impact of tossing cheap, poorly made shoes after a season.

When Ist discovered this outlet 3 or 4 years ago, I left with my arms full. I have been back several times since and have been more disappointed each time. It appears that the styles carried must be the less popular ones or discontinued. I couldn't find my size {46} in anything. Went home empty handed

I had a very bad experience yesterday with a sales person( a lady) I was going to buy 2 pairs of shoes and did buy only one because she was so rude when I asked the price. I buy every year 2-3 pairs of shoes there for my husband. Now I have to choose another store. I can’t stand rude people.

Last week I was shopping at ECCO store located at the the Miromar Outlets in Estero FL I have shopped at this store for over 15 plus years and always received good service. However, at this time the service was superior in all respects.Haley was the Sale Associate that assisted me in my purchase.She exemplified a wealth of knowledge about their stock, materials, styles, variety of types of shoes, etc. Haley demonstrated an infectious enthusiasm in the performance of her duties and responsibilities. She was most articulate and went the “extra mile” in all respects.She made this the best & a most pleasant experience that i have experienced in purchasing a pair of excellent quality shoes.It is obvious from this experience and the outstanding service that I received, Haley is a model emoyeeand a definite asset to ECCO and warrant favorable consideration for appropriate recognition for the great employee that she is.steve reaves12/2/21
