Pharmacy very helpful with pricing! Very professional and fast service! They are in the process of remodeling store, more spacious isles, nicely displayed inventory. Happy to be a patron.

This pharmacy/Minute Clinic has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in this type of environment. Could not figure the technology (state of the art???) in the Minute Clinic and I am pretty good at this stuff. Only had one question and could not get anyone to help or even volunteer to help. Finally found a medical professional (?) and asked her a question-she called me stupid. Will never set foot in this place again and look forward to sharing detail with anyone who might be considering it.

I wish I could give negative stars to this horrible excuse for a pharmacy. No one that answers the phone ever gives correct information and if even if they KNOW they messed up they will stick to their wrong story just because. I have never in my life dealt with a pharmacist so unprofessional and unfortunately so rude. And once they are annoyed with you, for daring to question their ever changing stories or rules, they will go out of their way to make sure going forward it is difficult to pick up your prescription. They act like a bunch of vindictive little teenage mean girls. They better be careful or they are going to end up finding themselves with a big fat lawsuit when somebody has some major health complications from not being able to get their prescription.

Unbelievable terrible customer service, very rude at the pharmacy. They will never greet you ever, kids working in the back. The guy that is apparently a pharmacist was 3 ft tall and definitely not even over the age of 18. The manager of this pharmacy needs to get fired for hiring such slob of kids in this CVs. What a terrible experience. I will never be back. Should have listened to the neighbor when she said I do not recommend cvs pharmacy in Florida at all. You will stand there for a while and I finally said hello is anyone going to help me I had a prescription called in. The fat black lady said the doctor never called In your Script. I said he called it hour and half ago. The entire pharmacy is wrecked. Full of prescriptions not even picked up. That right there I knew to never go back. I called my doctor and they called in my script to Publix. This cvs is the worst location that exists in the entire country.

Apent 6 hours calling just to get an rx transferred. Kicked to voicemail several times, calls were screened. Several times we were told they were sending over the rx right away. Nothing was sent. This was a patient who used this pharmacy once because they were out of town. Cvs keeps lying that they will transfer, never did, and now the patient has to go without their meds because the staff is uncaring

Went to get a propane tank. No one helping speaks English. Very rude to converse back and forth in Spanish in front of customers. Couldn't ring me up had to get help. Other day in pharmacy my rx was not ready even though I was text it was. Front of pharmacy reminds me of shopping at a Dollar Store. I wish Walgreens was closer. This store is crying for help! Where's Management?

Over billed and couldnt figure out insurance. Had to go back again. Wasted additional 30 mins and never get the script. Too many pharmas in SWF to shop here

I would give this place negative stars if u could. From the people stocking shelves bumping Into me from behind and screaming in my ear to the whole incompetent pharmacy team, ESPECIALLY THAT NASTY OLD LADY ELLEN. Absolute awful human being with a terrible attitude. She should be flying on a broom not working at the cvs pharmacy. Not to mention waiting for 30 mins while only 1 of the many workers help, took her 10 mins to ring up one person.

Ellen needs to rethink her life. This is the rudest pharmacy I have ever been to. It’s no wonder it has 2 stars. I would never recommend this pharmacy to anyone. Ellen has no compassion and immediately lashes out on people. I would hate for her to talk to someone elderly the way I was spoken to. I will seriously be praying for her. She needs to think about treating people the way she wants to be treated.

Could be a bit better in the pharmacy so you don't wait 45 minutes for a pick up but the main problem are the Snowbirds
