By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
I have never experienced anything like this in Europe or Asia. Seems to be a special feature of the Convers brand and represents the customer orientation of this brand.
My little daughter wanted a pair of shoes and was very happy. Since the markings on the shoes were not identical, the shoes were not sold to us on the grounds of “company policy,” which was nonsense. Unfortunately the shoes weren't available again in your size and the little one was of course very disappointed.
When asked what happened to the shoes, it was explained that they would go back to the central warehouse and be disposed of. What a policy to burn money.
When we asked to speak to the store manager, we were simply ignored, even after repeated requests...
If these are Convers' values when it comes to the sustainable use of our resources (I think it's enough that they probably have the shoes sewn under adverse conditions in deepest Asia) then it's better to give the brand a wide berth in the future.
But I believe that word has already gotten around. We were there on Friday around 4 p.m. and there was absolutely no one in the store.
P.S. Actually 0 stars, but not possible.

Employees were super nice. Even though the store was about to close they helped me find things. Even gave me a discount. Would go back again.

From the moment we opened the door, one of the employees greeted us. The store was very organized, clean, and we got what we were looking for. Everything was very fast and we also didn't have to wait in line to pay.
