Lately Customer service and vehicle services simple as a oil change are very difficult to complete without any inconveniences.
and being over charged and have to spend half a day waiting for your vehicle.

Coconut Point Ford in Estero is the best dealer in SW FL. Everything from sales to service. Side note...beware of Sam Galloway Ford in Fort Myers... worst service I have ever had.... I am 100% loyal customer to Coconut Point Ford. If your in the market for a car... ask for Tom in sales. Ever need service... go see Robert Kline in their service department! You will not be disappointed.

I normally go to Sam Galloway Ford, but Coconut Point is a little closer. I went for an oil change and Steve was friendly and had great customer service. However , the office staff is lazy, rude and inconsiderate. A disabled customer spilled her coffee all over her lap, seat and floor. She asked the office staff if they had paper towels. The 2 white gentlemen in an office (chatting) and a Hispanic girl at the counter (playing on her phone with her earbuds in) just looked at her and said no. The customer is hobbling around looking in all the cabinets trying to find paper towels while they just stood there. Finally , one of the guys told her there was a bathroom around the corner that had towels. They didn’t get them for her or offer to help. She hobbled to the bathroom with her cane and got some, came back and cleaned the seat. Meanwhile, there is a huge slipping hazard of spilled coffee all over the floor. Still, no one got up to help her. ( I would have helped her, but I have some disabilities also. She asked me to watch her purse and other things while she went to the bathroom.) She went back to the bathroom to clean off her pants, when Steve walked in questioning the spill on the floor. I told him what happened and he went to get a mop and towels and said he doesn’t ignore things like that. KUDOS TO STEVE, but basic humanity and common sense were lacking in the other 3 workers. I won’t be back. GO TO SAM GALLOWAY— they have snacks, goodie bags and constantly check on the customers while they are waiting. STEVE should go to work there too!

The best dealer around! Marc in sales is a gem. He’s a fair and genuine person. The service department always takes great care of my fiancé and I. This time I had Skye and she is very organized and efficient. Plus, the shuttle driver is a sweetie!

If its going to take time they let me know what to expect in time so I can either stay or leave my car with them. I bought my Focus from them & they are the only ones who work on it.. I own a 2016 Taurus that I got with 29k miles on it. Now has 60k miles with no issues until now, first was the water pump that ford is aware of, and not standing behind it, many articles about how the average life of 100-150k. I had to replace mine at 60k. Not to mention the water pump on the v6 is internal of the engine, the complete front of the engine had to be taken apart… nice going ford engineering. Then a trans concern started happening, went to my local ford dealer and they said it was the torque converter, again something that what an est life spans of 100k, so I had the torque replaced... issue was still there and that particular dealer was no help at all, so I go to coconut ford thinking another set of eyes for diagnosis. At first they said torque converter and I explained I just paid to have that replaced, then it was a internal transmission issue, now the vehicle only has 60k miles on it a 2016, after speaking with the service advisor (Jeff) he explained that it could be the clutches and or bands that ford is aware of, And could not offer me any kind of help in repair they looked into it and my vehicle had damage to the right front fender, bumper wheel and tire, and title was a rebuilt title, they could do nothing, I made the comment that because it was in a accident ford would not stand behind there product, the transmission is on the other side of damage, now I’ve been driving this car for 30k miles, no issues with anything, I asked him to see if the ford rep could do anything, he would not contact him, he gave me his number, this is a common issue with ford transmissions and their out was that it had a rebuilt title??? What the hell is that, I am a former service manager and when I was , the end result was customer satisfaction, now I would understand if it had 150k miles on it but 60k the brand you are working for is to make the customer happy, as to keep him going to ford and maybe letting friends and family know how good he was treated, but to this point i have no faith in the ford product and the ford company standing behind any one of their products, and it’s too bad dealerships don’t have the balls to stand for someones repair just because of a title issue, nothing to do with the mechanical parts at all, cars get body repairs everyday, as to Jeff the service advisor I dropped off two days a head of appointment due to my schedule, was not called for a good part of the week. I had to call, when I asked to talk to service manager he never gave me his name or responded to my request, I’ll tell you when I was in service I made it my point to see what I could do for the customer, I hope some one who has some ability to look further into things for the customer sees this, to help the ford brand with customer retention, as it sits right now they have lost a customer,
