We decided to take advantage of the car wash since our ride desperately needed a bath. Once we had decided on the level of service we wanted we did not appreciate the attempt at upselling but we understand it's part of their job. Loved that they cleaned the car inside and out, definitely worth the price and we were in and out in about 20 minutes.

Don’t come here unless you want to get screwed out of your money and your car to get damaged. I went to this car wash in estero to get my car cleaned, I paid an extra $30 to get only the bottom of my back seats cleaned because they’re #4 package that is supposed to clean interiors and seats doesn’t clean cloth seats… and once i received my car back the inside of my window tint was chipped. i asked to speak to the manager and the manager that came to talk to me claimed that his micro fiber towels could never cause that damage when clearly something else had to be done to the inside of my car to cause a chip of that size. The manager didn’t offer any assistance or even offer my money back for the wash (which was the least they could’ve done after causing the damage) and then he proceeded to ask me if i had proof of my window not being chipped before i brought it to the car wash and walked away. Do not come to this place the will not take responsibility for any damages they cause.

Got a free carwash with my service from Chevrolet. Offered upgrades, was told my wheels needed to be cleaned, paid the extra $6.00, car looks good except the entire both sides of my car are now covered in tire shine and I have to wash it again today to get it off. Don't offer this upgrade with low end products or poor application that cause the vehicle to look worse. I will add pictures. Unfortunately I do not live close enough to go back and ask for them to clean the exterior again so I will have to pay or clean it myself. I did give a 3 star because of the customer service and the workers do seem to work efficiently.

All I can say is WOW!! I've been going to Bubbles in Bonita for 10 years, and they are not cheap and lately have been getting sloppy.This new favorite is 5 min away from home and beautiful. The car was actually detailed to perfection. I couldn't believe how well they cleaned my csr. And it was actually with 5.00 tip cheaper than the other place.My new go-to carwash. I would highly recommend them carwashing.Impeccably clean comfy chairs, and can you say massage chairs, yep, that's what I call service ?10 star easy .

Terrible! Just car wash is okay. Don't pay for anything extra. See the pictures of my $100+ detail with supposedly hand wax. I will never go back, tired of half ass jobs. Immediately took car back and got a bunch of double talk. No offer to redo

The man asked me for a receipt when I picked up my car and didn’t ask anyone else. Mind you I payed at the register. All the Caucasian people he didn’t ask as black women in America that was wrong. Y’all need to get it together because my car was not even cleaned properly.

Where i come from up north the number 3 car wash is 11.99. I fell like 30 dollars plus for soap and water and alittle wax Is a lot extreme. But it does clean my car well. Also tell the girl at the register to smile a little

I must say out of all the car washes this one is the best. Ive never had the detail work just the no wait one. In Florida bugs on your car are inevitable. I have them do the extra bug clean for $2. They always seem to get the gobs of bugs off of my car. When I add the wax to the wash my car comes out sparkling clean. For the money this is one of the best values you can buy. I go here every other week now.
