Tried to call over and over and over and over again with a question, nobody answered and it kept pushing me to all these automated options I didn’t need, all I wanted to do was talk to somebody and ask a simple question, It rang three times and hung up on me every time instead of putting me on hold, which means I had start over, And listen to the same options, it never let me get through. I think I’m gonna change banks

This Chase Bank branch is unique, but not in a good way. You have to be there and experience it on your own to understand. Some staff members cannot hide their true faces from their own words as they come out of their mouths. I do believe some tellers are racist or at least prejudiced. I’m not the one to jump on it, but you feel it from them. I wanted to open a business account for my construction company, and they didn’t have anybody 2 hours before the branch closed for the day. The teller said, “Anybody wants to open a business account.” She looked around, and the other staff mumbling in their breath No. I don’t think they can do it anyway, but it does leave you feeling that these people don’t care about your business. Overall, not a good experience. Unfortunately, other banks such as Wells Fargo or Bank of America are neither great. This review is for this branch only, not other branches.

Been using this bank for years. Karen takes good care of me when i come it to withdrawing money. And one time there was no judgment when i asked for $300 in ones for my buddies bday.

Rude employees. If they don’t think u have money then they don’t care about you. All I needed was a notary signature and they couldn’t do it. I will arrange to take my banking elsewhere, somewhere where they care about their clients. Somewhere where they value the money spent with the business.

As I scrolled through the list of reviews of this Chase Bank in Estero, my post along with other posts were unanimous in our conviction and experience that this Chase Bank staff are DYSFUNCTIONAL! Need I say anymore?

Can't say enough about how inept the staff is at this location. So bad, that I had all of my accounts transferred to the Chase branch close to Miromar Outlets.What I couldn't accomplish at this location after 15 unanswered attempted calls to my personal banker, I resolved in a one minute call with a personal banker at the Chase bank close to the outlet mall in Estero.When it comes to relying on people who you entrust you finances with, I will go out of my way to deal with the banking staff at the Chase Bank at the outlet mall. They are that good!AND.........THEY ANSWER THEIR PHONES!

I opened several accounts at this location due to its proximity to where I live. WHAT A BIG MISTAKE! The staff is inept to say the least, and that includes the manager. Don't try to call this Chase branch as they never answer their phones. I made at least 15 calls to the personal banker who for the sake of this conversation I will refer to as A.A. She didn't even have the courtesy to return my repeated calls to remedy a problem with my checking accountWhat is of further concern is that they really do not perform in the best interest of their customer.I had a personal experience with several of the branch staff members who told me they could not reverse a misapplied overdraft charge. Called a different branch office in Estero close to Miromar Outlets in Estero and the personal banker at this location simply made a call and within 2 minutes the overdraft charge was reversed and credited to my account.Let's put it this way, If I am going to place trust in my banker, I am going to select a bank and a staff who will go to bat for me.As far as the Chase branch at the corner of Corkscrew and 41 in Estero is concerned, the staff is still sitting in the dugout well after the game is over and everyone has gone home, and that includes the manager.
