My experience with Casa Italia can only be described as phenomenal. It took me sometime to make my selections. Both Angela and Gabriella were extremely patient and helpful giving me everything I needed (and more!) so I could make my selections.Based on my interactions with other furniture stores in the area working with Angela was like a breath of fresh air! I purchased a credenza from their floor sample sale which was delivered the next day and I am so looking forward for the remaining furniture pieces to come in later this year.

Over the past 10 years whenever we have needed any furniture, without thinking or without any question, we automatically go to Casa Italia. Their furniture, without question, is modern and tasteful. By this point, virtually our entire condominium has been furnished by Casa Italia. Not only is it always easy to find that we like there, but working with Gabriella, Angela, and, of course, Ozzie, makes it easy and enjoyable. Bottom line: if you need tasteful, modern furniture in southwest Florida, go to Casa Italia. There is simply no choice.

Casa Italia and The Collective showrooms in Naples are both outstanding places to find unique and luxurious modern furnishings. I was immediately impressed by the beautiful showroom and the amazing modern lines they offer.Working with Gabriella and Angela at Casa Italia was an absolute pleasure. I totally renovated my Florida home with Casa Italia and designed my Summer home in North Carolina as well. Ozzie and Angela did a wonderful job helping me to make the right decisions. These people are amazing. Both of my houses look like "Casa Italia" . I would definitely do it again with them. Even years ago, if I need to replace anything .... they are here to help right away .... ????Big thank you to Casa Italia

Amazing furniture store!!!?Great store with great customer service . We bought 2 beautiful pieces . A coffee table and a bedroom set. Delivery was quick and same day and they handled it with the utmost care . We highly recommend the store! Thank you Ozzie and Tatiana you are The Best!

This review is for the Naples location. I ordered 2 bar stools from an Italian manufacturer...nothing special. You can order them online from many retailers and I should have. The retail price for the stools was about $1,000 each online, but they offered a discount..the price for 2 stools was $1,600, a 20% discount Plus delivery, not unusual. when I got the delivery bill, it was $1,100, so about 70% over the cost of the actual merchandise and $80 more than I could have purchased the chairs for online at retail with "white glove delivery"...meaning fully assembled and put in place. to put it in perspective, I recently ordered $60,000 of B&B Italia furniture from another store and it was delivered and set in place for about $900. this included a large sectional, 2 chairs, a rug, a crated and very large, heavy marble coffee table weighing about 400 lbs, and a large glass front bar/ storage piece. When I asked about the exorbitant delivery fee for 2 stools, I was told I could has asked for a delivery quote before I placed the order. Really, why not just be honest and upfront? Based on any reasonable prior experience I didn't think that should be necessary. To add further insult to the whole experience, when the stools were delivered, the parts were in boxes, dropped off and not even assembled. Thankfully, I offered the delivery people some cash and they put them together for me. I would never order for them again.

If I could I would give them (-5) stars. When I went to the store in Naples, no sales people were in the store. I called the associate to purchase the piece I was gonna buy previously ( couldn't get before, was traveling ). Associate told me a much higher price for the exact same piece ( not even from different shipping) , I told her that she promised me a different price. She responded that she never told me that price and called me a lier and she wouldn't give me the same price that she promised me before. I called back to talk to the owner about the service I received in his store, and owner just ignore me. They cheat with prices and unpleasant associates. I wouldn't not recommend this store as customer service is unremarkable and unexceptional!!! Even though, I had purchased previously from this store and never had issues. But after they moved to Naples, service has worsened to below average. Shop in Baer's, Arhaus and Robb and Stucky(). You can get such pieces in Miami or Sarasota. Such a disappointment for such store...
