We’ve just left Miromar design Center where we worked with David at furniture factory direct.David was extremely helpful and we ended up purchasing outdoor furniture, a king bed frame, and some artwork and will return. David was fun to work with and very knowledgeable and any questions we asked l, if he didn’t know the answers he found out right on the spot! Highly recommend asking for David if you visit Miromar outlet.

My husband and I purchased a Live Edge table from Blaze Interiors at Furniture Factory Direct. Cassidy was tremendously helpful in the selection process. She welcomed us at store with a very helpful and quick overview of the products and customization that can be done to change length, epoxy accenting, and legs of table. She gave us time to wander on our own in the store. We ended up purchasing a table that they cut down to an 80" table in length. The portion cut from main table was used to make us two side tables that we can add onto the main table to seat more guests. We had table finished with catalyzed lacquer that keeps us from having to worry about water stains. We love this table as have our guests! Everyone remarks on beauty and workmanship. And customer service was unbeatable! Highly recommend this store and its team!

BUYER BEWARE! OWNER DOES NOT BACK THE PRODUCTS HE SELLS! Bought a $4000 live-edge table. It started to develop cracks within the first year. Contacted the store and they agreed to pick the table up and have their 'guy' fix it. When the table returned, the finish was nothing like it was before and there were still cracks. The cracks continued and when we called the store back, they said that we would have to pay $300 for the crew to pick it up and take it to the shop. They also said that it's not uncommon because the wood is from Indonesia and it's not always kilned properly. My friends who have live-edge tables are not experiencing cracks on the top of their tables. The sales rep said nothing about this type of wood cracks. They have no written policy on their handwritten invoice. Tried to reasonably talk with them and they don't care and fight you when I did make a claim with the BBB. They cannot be trusted! Stay away!

Blaze and Cassidy were fantastic to work with! They built a console table for me exactly as we had envisioned in 2 weeks! AND at a reasonable price to boot! The table is not only functional but it is an incredible work of art! They are both incredibly friendly, knowledgable and professional. I can’t say enough great things about them.
