This company will lie through their teeth to get your business. They are still advertising 2 to 3 week delivery on a chair that now is a month late for me and other people. Do I get any response from them? No. Yes I did sign a document saying delays happened but why are they still advertising 2 to 3 weeks on their website for a chair now that is over a month late. If you need furniture in a hurry or by a promise date, don't do business with these people.

Sometimes the right person answers the telephone, for us that was Nicole Brandi-Newmark! We were searching for help with a newly purchased condo, sent Nicole our floor plan, told her what our vision was, and within days she sent us well designed computerized models of our space. We scheduled a few Zoom calls, discussed different options, and everything seamlessly fell into place.
Nicole was very professional, kept the project moving forward, otherwise we would still be "shopping" for furniture, and kept us informed as to the status of the order until delivery day. By the way, she even made time to meet us at the condo when the furniture was delivered!
The photo doesn't do justice to the beautiful furnishings which are perfectly sized, incredibly well made, and very comfortable.
Our next trip to Bassett will be to find more pieces to compliment and finish our wonderful new space!
Nicole is a pleasure to work with, and we highly recommend reaching out to her for your next home project!

Never again. Order was wrong. Misinformed about delivery dates by the store personnel. Needed management intervention to get it right. So much for the big name. Once we got our thousands of dollars with off furniture and had a big item correctly delivered (the sent the wrong one the first time), the product was very nice.

Jackie did an amazing job designing our new home interior. The custom window treatments go beautifully with the new furniture and area rugs. She personally came to our home many times to coordinate furniture placement and customize final details.. cannot wait to finally enjoy it.

We explored multiple furniture locations in SW Florida and finally found the best selection at Bassett.
Jackie Skinner at Estero location was incredibly kind while helping us to find the perfect dining table to replace our hurricane damaged set, and she exhibited ENDLESS patience while we debated color and seating selections.
The dining set is beautifully crafted.
HIGHLY recommend Bassett products and working with Jackie!

We were very fortunate to have Jackie from Bassett in Estero, FL as our designer for our new condo. She was extremely helpful to us in selecting our furniture and stay within our budget. She offered us many different choices of materials and fabrics and were fortunate to get her professional recommendation. We will definitely use her in the future for any projects that come up. My experience working with Jackie Skinner was outstanding and a lot of fun. She came to my home, took measurements, asked me what I liked and listened, really listened! When I arrived to our follow up appointment; Jackie was extremely prepared with several different floor plans based on the measurements she took at my home. Not only did she put together the floor plans; she prepared fabrics, rugs and wood choices. Jackie was professional, honest ( when I had some really boring ideas) and patient as I made my selections. She did not rush me; she gave me choices and in the end helped me put together furniture and accessories for my living room, dining room , study and bedroom that will give my home the look and feel that I wanted. I give Jackie my highest recommendation; she is a joy to work with.

Ellen French (Design Consultant) Bassett Furniture did an onsite visit, took photos & designed all furniture for my villa. I went to Bassett and Ellen did an awesome job of coordinating and picking out all furniture and accessories (pillows, lamps) and also all furniture for a small bedroom. I more than pleased and appreciative of the professional job Ellen did for me.

We are new to Florida & have been extremely pleased with our design consultant Jackie Skinner from the Estero showroom. She drew up floor plans for our entire home, and has been very patient as we we’ve made our furniture choices. Would recommend her services!

I had the pleasure of working with Jackie Skinner in the Estero, FL store. Jackie went above and beyond to ensure my furniture, rug, and lamp selections worked well together. Jackie was also meticulous in creating an exact floor plan to ensure the dimensions of my furniture fit perfectly in my rooms. I can't say enough about her knowledge of the products and her attention to detail and my wishes. I would work with her again anytime!

I had a lovely time visiting Bassett furniture, the salespeople were wonderful to work with. It was a nice welcome to Florida as I planned my move to our new home.
