I have been there today, shortly after they opened. I saw two employees (one with a name Tag Juan and a very young girl)None of them were greeting me or asking if I need any help.I had to go over to the register to ask if anyone could open the fitting rooms for me and they seemed pretty annoyed because of my request.Too bad the pants were fitting and I really liked them, because I actually didn't feel like leaving any money at the store.Juan was disappearing from the register when I came to pay, so I had to wait for the young girl who was really showing a negative work attitude.Seems to be hard to find good employees these days.After that I went to the Guess store and was even greeted with a smile!I thanked that girl for not making me feel like a nuisance just because I want to buy something

Cheaper than sawgrass, but far from Miami (2 hours) if it is for purchases over $ it is worth the trip, if not it is a very long trip

Went there tonight. Two workers and I believe two other couples in the store besides me and my two kids. Found a great trainers jacket. I asked the employees if they could open up the dressing room so my son could try on some pants and was told, “ Sorry mam. The dressing room is closed. We are about to close.” I said, “It’s 6:32pm. You close in 28 minutes. You close the dressing room this early?” I was told, “Yes mam!” Now I understand they wanted to get out of there at 7pm, when they close, but considering we rushed there to buy this outfit I was pretty upset. When I told them I was going to call their manager and asked for their names the other worker then said he could open the dressing room. Sadly my kids were embarrassed. My son walked out of the store (11 yrs old) and my daughter was hiding in the store (8 years old). Plus I was pretty upset, I had to get upset for you to do your job?! I’m just curious what would’ve happened if I would’ve bought the outfit?! “I’m sorry mam. The cash register is closed!” What I gathered is these employees are lazy! Some parents work during the day. I got there as soon as I could yet they couldn’t open the dressing room. I found this incident unnecessary. Personally I think if they can’t do their job they should be fired! Just lost a sell and a customer Adidas. You can thank Chris and McClain for that!
