Drove 30min to the store and they were closed for renovations but Google said they were open. Did not find out they were closed until I got there and the door was locked so I called them. It's very easy to change your hours on Google and considerate to customers. Was referred to them and heard great things but as a business owner customer service is very important. Maybe I'll give them another shot but I'll definitely be calling to make sure they are open.

Best pro shop in southwest Florida. Alex the owner is well versed in all racket sports. Super friendly and helpful, he makes the buying process very easy for beginners and pros alike.

Amazing service by El. Please give him a raise. He restrung and regripped my 10 year old rackets to get me back into the the sport. I had a lot of questions and he answered all of them giving great advice. 5 stars!

Great staff, we had a quick turnaround needed before we left for Spain and it was completed on time and with great care. I highly recommend this store for all the tennis and pickleball needs. This is our new go to location for anything tennis related. Bravo!

So I took my racket into be restrung on a Sunday, I told them I wouldn't need it untill Tuesday. I had a very important try out on Wednesday morning 8am. I went to Ace Sports at 1 pm on Tuesday afternoon. You were CLOSED! I couldn't believe it. You had some sort of an "emergency" I think in this case someone could have been there just to make sure your customers could at least pick up their rackets. This is very BAD business. I'm sorry but I won't be back.

Anytime I have gone into the store the staff have been very knowledgeable and friendly. I had warranty issue with an engage pickleball paddle that I purchased at the store, Ace was quick to offer a solution- problem solved!Thank you!
