My mom went to cash a check off her checking account. They asked for her drivers license, so she gave them that. Then they asked for her cell phone number to to send her a text with a code. My mom is 89 and doesn’t text so she couldn’t find the code on her phone. Then they asked if she had a credit card. So she had to give them that. Since when do you need two forms of ID to cash a check off your own account. Needless to say my mom was very aggravated over this. She has been with wells Fargo a long time. Now she will probably close her account.

Don’t return call s in a timely manner getting through on the phone difficult Only one teller on busy Friday afternoons. Adds up to poor service…….Tellers are nice

Don't plan on EVER having total access to YOUR deposited funds or being able to see a "Banker" when needed as the wait is long. The tellers are sweet and helpful, it's just that all "banks" are digital now. YOUR funds aren't there if several people have gone to the bank to withdraw funds,, and you may not be able to get YOUR funds for a few weeks...

Don't deposit money in the ATM. It will steal your money and you have to fill out a 12 page form to attempt to get it back!

Great customer facing staff but the manager is another story. She's very nasty and condescending almost like we should be happy she allows us to bank there. Good bank just learn to go around management team

Extremely high fees and bad service...after getting past the recording you will find that it helps with nothing...Go in person and find a lady who the last 2 times I've been in there makes a point to make you feel like a burden asking what I need then telling me I might be holding up appointments??? The bank is empty...all I want is a receipt and details on wire transfer I made 2 days ago..that she helped me with...after again saying I was possibly holding appointments...??..will never go back inside that place...thinking of stopping using WF all together

First, I have to say that every person I have dealt with at Wells Fargo has been extremely helpful and kind. But I am about done with this bank as they keep closing branches close to me and handy to use. First the Rotonda branch which I miss every day and now they are closing the Dearborn branch ( the one where you can use the ATM without getting out of your car in storms ). Is business that bad? Should I be looking for a new bank if you’re not going to survive?

I've been calling them for over a week to try to get some custody papers done and notary from them and from their lack of responsibility they keep pushing it off and ignoring my calls or the fact that I needed an appointment ASAP they never call me back for my appointment or to even give me an appointment I'm about to switch Banks altogether Wells Fargo sucks

They closed early and gave me the cut it off sign threw the door..... I understand coming in 5 minutes to close isn't ideal. Neither is my busy schedule and trying to rush to the bank to make it there so I can do what I need to do is important. So closing early is very unprofessional. Looking for a new bank

I was terminated due to me missing work for my kids whom have sickle cell anemia! Nobody ever complained about me or my work performance! I will truly miss the customers that I was starting to build relationships with! As far as the staff very shady and very two face I was told that I was ghetto and ratchet which I'm sure is because of my skin color but that never stopped me from doing my job! Honestly I'm happy that I don't have to feel so uncomfortable anymore and now it's time to move forward I wish all the customers well!
