Shopped on 10/2/23 express checkout, one item on display $9.98, one item had no bar code on pkg. 9.98 item rang up $10.98, uncoded item with attendant help rang up incorrect. I asked to see a mgr. She said mgr. Went home. Attendant said we don't give refunds on mistakes. This is my second bad experience at this Walmart. I shop at this location because I reside 1.5 miles away.

Horrible auto center just save your time and go somewhere else. Went on Tuesday and they had a sign that said they were opening hours later 'sorry'. And today I go in for a 3 hour wait and then to tell me they are fully out of every oil except synthetic. Also horrible customer service but that's known at Walmart. Just go somewhere, anywhere else.

I did not need any help but I thought the staff were not the most polite to other customers. I came primarily for veggies and fruit and the selection left much to be desired. The gas station has better prices than most in the area.

Placed a pickup order for this store. Items were shown as in stock and available for same day pickup. Received a notice shortly after the order was placed, and acknowledged by Walmart, that two of my three items were being unilaterally canceled, but no further explanation was given. I was also advised by email not to come to the store until I receive a second email advising my order is ready for pickup. I'm still waiting days later. This is the third time I have placed pickup orders with Walmart and the second time i have not received a notice that the order is ready. None of the orders went smoothly. As usual, I am frustrated with Walmart.

Bought a few tank tops. Unable to try on because dressing rooms are closed. I got home and didnt really like them. I took them back. While in line awaiting my turn the clerk waves her fingers at me I took that as "next". Not " can I help you" . She said no returns on clothing now. I said then you shouldn't sell clothing. I didnt see any signage to that effect. She rudely assured me there is. Well yes I looked and on one rack there was a 4×6 not highlighted index card but did say that. The next sign was about 3 isles away same thing. Even when looking for it couldn't really see it my point is those clerks have a lot to be desired in customer service. You can easily follow rules with a personality. Was I angry yes. there needs to be adequate notices listed on the merchandise or dont sell clothing!!! I'm over this Walmart

Management lied to me and wasted my time. Was not offered a resolution. Like I get it Walmart you can't have all good employees but your management should at least be competent. Won't be going back, the one in North Port is better anyways, not as messy

Tyler the store manager (in a wheelchair) absolutely amazing! My boyfriend and I went up and down every check out lane to find kiwi strawberry Snapple, we found one. He saw that we were looking for something and immediately asked us what we needed. We told him and he said "follow me". Sure enough, he found a case in the back. We took them all! Great guy with an awesome attitude

I have not experienced any of the issues others are complaining about. I find all employees to be helpful when asked. The pharmacy is typical of all Wal-Mart pharmacies and is extremely busy. The parking lot is always full so much caution is required when walking or driving. The only rudeness I have experienced has been from other customers. Typical of busy stores these days.

Return visit December 2016: Wow! Marked improvement in service since last visit. I thought I might have been in the wrong store! This time I was waited on by 2 friendly clerks who were helpful and polite. Good for you, Walmart! Keep doing whatever you did to achieve this complete reversal.

This pharmacy here is absolutely horrible! I can count numerous times that I waited over an hour to have a prescription filled only to be told when I returned to the counter that they are out of it and won't have any more for a few days. When it happened the first time, I can realize stuff happens and just suck up and deal with it but now, each and EVERYTIME after that is just ridiculous and getting old!! I'm sure it's not just me this happens too over and over either! I've seen my fair share of angry other customers at the counter over the same issues!
