I am on a scheduled one drug which they do not fill till after 11 managers orders the last time. I never got this drug till after 6 o'clock at night I did not take it for anxiety. I have a neurological muscle disorder. I wanted to spasm, which is very painful and takes a while to come out of, I just called and had another prescription but they didn't tell me they were right up till I called although they did give me a partial bet was very nice but most of the time a lot of them that answer the phone have her attitude I just transferred my meds back to Walmart.

Sat in the drive through for at least 30 minutes. I'm one car from my turn and I see them close the blind and hang a sign saying out to lunch. They went ahead and served the car in front of me, but when I pulled up, they were gone. I'm not blaming the employee for taking their lunch break, I'm blaming the moronic manager for not being smart enough to schedule relief coverage or the corporate assholes who won't pay enough to hire employees!

the pharmacy tries their absolute best every day and they are often the first face people see when something wrong happens with their insurance for medication coverage. bless you guys and your hard work

I had coupons that were set on the display with the items but when I when to check out, they said the coupons didn't work. This was my second trip to Walgreens today but they were out of items needed at both stores and because they weren't stocked properly, I was expected to come back or pay full price. That would equal 3 trips to Walgreens and still wasn't able to get the items I needed. I have cancer and am healing from a broken hip. I am just recently able to even go to the store for myself but I'm not able to go multiple times. I can't remember the last time I went to any Walgreens and didn't have issues to make simple purchases. I had stopped going there for a while and I'm going to stop shopping there again. Not worth the headache.

Slowest walgreens I've ever stepped foot in.DO NOT USE THIS WALGREENS.Filled with snot nose brats. I was discharged from their service because they stole 55 dollars from me and refused to refund me.All because I gave a little attitude back to a childish "adult" who has done the same to me everytime I go there because none of them have a clue what they are doing.

Very rude guy working in store. Too lazy to take passport pictures although no customers there. Will never go there again - also just changed pharmacy. Never again.

First and foremost-I am a customer here having been among legion mistreated at local CVS. That pharmacy should be completely overhauled- the staff obscenely inept inhumane and should be nowhere near folks seeking their medical needs being met. The staff at this location walgreens -polar opposite. They are professionals, compassionate and go above and beyond to provide exceptional customer care. On 6/30 at around 10 am. The young women staffing the pickup were so kind and painstakingly earnest with their commitment to patient care -it actually got me choked up. -after the brutal treatment at CVS Englewood I guess I'm still unused to bring. 'Heard' and 'seen' by well trained staff. Thank you and I only wish I could award more stars here.

Worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with!!! They are highly rude people that work there. Take forever to fill a prescription and then tell you it will be ready at a certain time then never fill it. Then you call and they treat you horrible please do not send your prescriptions to this pharmacy you will regret it!

Horrible customer service from pharmacy;they have a policy not to take care of disabled elderly people;based on profiling .I was told up to pharmacists to fill scripts n based on what one ☝️ woman wrote they are not filling a script with a doctor of 12 years. I will never shop at store again.Very rude n lack of customer service.

Purchased 3 vitamins which were BOGO. Checked my bag in parking lot and did not have the 3 free vitamins. Went back in to store and clerk said to go to the shelf and get the 3 free. One product was out of stock so clerk was to refund 50% for only buying one. No receipt for that. She said it would go back on my card. Never did get refund on bank statement. Went back in 7 days later and talked to manager. He said he checked surveillance and it showed I left store with two bags. Well that may have been after I got the 2 bottles replaced. Manager said technically I got 8 bottles of vitamins. I felt like I was being called a scammer. Wondering if he was looking at the right time on the surveillance. We have multiple prescriptions monthly and own Walgreens stock. Very disappointing customer service.

What happened to Walgreens? They give you absolutely nothing but problems. Denying legitimate prescriptions for no reason. You used to be able to go through the drive through for women's health medicine- not anymore! And that changed in the matter of a week. They are terrible. The head pharmacist is plain rude. I feel bad for the younger girls that have to work under her.Funny because if you read through the reviews this is mentioned several times on the nastiness of the pharmacist - but the store does nothing about it.Maybe someone should write to corporate.I definitely do not recommend. If they can't fill your prescriptions, are always out of medication.. what is the point of the store?Also ... PLEASE tell me how the same exact medication (when they do decide to actually be a pharmacy) is $45 dollars WITH insurance but down the road at a different pharmacy WITH insurance is $4.50?!I had a days worth of medication missing. My medication is important and I should not be missing doses. Thankfully my doctor sent in a refill to a different pharmacy and it was filled properly and promptly. No "I'm sorry we are out and back logged for a month", or "we don't accept telehealth". How do you not accept telehealth in one of the most popular snow bird areas? ??. You're not going to give me antibiotics because I did a telehealth? Lol.These people are crooks.Everything to shop for is double if not triple priced up.Just no

Our doctor called this pharmacy on Christmas Eve for a prescription for our son, and the staff scrambled to get it ready for us before they closed at 5 pm. Friendly, professional staff who went over and above. Thank you!!

I made an appointment for the flu, Covid Booster, pneumonia & shingles shots. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was given my shots on my scheduled time and the whole process was very convenient and quickly done. Thank you Walgreens staff.
