This is the second time I have rented from them. They are always personable and we are given excellent customer service. Last year, after Ian, they had trucks going out every day and we were able to get one that they got in minutes before and they cleaned it and turned it around right away for us. Yesterday, I rented a 6 x 12 enclosed trailer that had some miles on it and a few dings. That is to be expected from a busy site like this, but the important items - Tires - Lights - Bearings - were all is excellent order.Highly recommend

The people at the rental center were so nice to work with. I did my reservation on line and when I walked in they knew my name! Unheard of! The truck was very clean and the equipment to move with was top notch. I hope I get the opportunity to need a truck again.

This was probably the best uhaul experience I've had. Liz was more than helpful, polite and thorough. She's a Vet and Military friendly. Because of these attributes the place may be a little busy. Trust me, it's worth the short wait. We will be using this extremely convenient location again!

Liz and her team have guided me and helped me with the proccess of moving multiple times. They actually care about their customers, have checked in with me to make sure everything was ok, guided me threw an uncomfortable process, and made it easy for me every single time! 5 stars. Have rents vehicles here 7 times now. The lady's are awesome. Friendly, professional and always go above and beyond. I have rented from Uhaul many many time but Englewood Uhaul id the best I have ever gone to.
