Wanting to shop local, I popped into Stiver’s to purchase four tires. The staff were not wearing masks and when asked, they flippantly declined to wear masks and rudely mocked me. Wear a mask, don’t wear a mask, there is no reason to be unkind to a potential customer. So, here I am at Tire’s Plus.

This is my neighborhood store and they are great people. If they don't have it they will help you find it. Always greeted nice and fair prices. They have so much stuff here along with their automotive services its a hard place to pass up when you need lawn equipment and they recently have gotten a ton of trailers.

Worst experience ever!When I bought the trailer, for just under $12K final price was one before paying additional dealer and administrative fees so the final, final price was higher of course.No spare parts for warranty repairs is understandable but warranty parts I am told do not get priority from the factory. When parts may arrive owner doesn't know but for extra money parts can arrive sooner(!).Looks they don’t have experience with Aluma trailers.Owner is rude and uses demagoguery.Staff tried to help owner and me as much as they could but owner has his “policy” how to treat customers.Shortly, after buying a trailer you are on your own.

We have uses Stiver’s for over 20 years. When my children were youngI would not trust anyone to keep our cars in pristine shape, just as now 20 years later. I can call Barry anywhere, anytime and he picks the phone up to answer my questions. They try to save us money when they can, and when it needs to be done, always presents the options. Superior service, from superior people.

All services I’ve received over the past 8+ years have been excellent. Barry is efficient as manager and everyone I’ve dealt with is courteous and friendly.My vehicle is in great condition because of Stiver care. I feel I’ve been able to sell my cars for more because they are in good mechanical condition!
